0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed 4 M&L for Bituminous premix semidense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix usingof VG 30 gradepaving bitumen, spread rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and power vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for repair to pot holesdepth not exceeding 30 mm and area not exceeding 1 square metre each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) using paving bitumen VG 30 grade all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L forpreparation of old paintedbrick / stone / concrete surface of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for providing and applying 2 mm thick road marking strips (Retro-reflective) of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe , Glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater , driven by experienced operator on road surface including removing old cat eyes which is placed at old painted road surfaces and refixing it at position after painting, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. 9 Scarifyingorpickinggravelled, macadamor bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and thickness exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm deep and removing to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed 10 M&L for 10cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of granite, trap, basalt grading 2 (90to 40mm size) or of grading3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradientand camber required complete all as specified and as directed 11 M&L Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate application of 0.7 - 1 kg/sqm on surface WMM/ WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed 12 M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with 4% paving bitumen VG30 laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed 13 S&F in repairs reflective road studs/cat eye (Two way) of size 100x100x25mm with shanks through polycarbonate lens shield body components light weight rivved structure bedded on road surface using cutback bitumen emulsioncomplete all as specified and as directed. 14 S&F in repairs Solar cat eye size 100x100 with bedded on road surface using Epoxy agentcomplete all as specified and as directed. 15 S&F Metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed 16 Demolition of concrete in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm in thickness below or above Ground level complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for cement concrete1:2:4, Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
