Tender For Provision Of Chain Link Fencing For Girls Hostel Kunjpura At Karnal Under Ge (South) Ambala Cantt (Retender); 1 Excavating in post holes or similar holes, each not.exceeding 0.5 cu mtr, getting out, in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material andlabour for post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, matching for wire etc. flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material andlabour forplain cement concrete (1:2:4)type B-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundationetc. complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material andlabour for mild steel round bars10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stiffeners to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply only 4mm dia galvanised mild steel wire chain link fencing of mesh size 100 x 100mm, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. with and including MS binding wire complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F MS bolts, screw (machine made( with hexagonal or spare head one end and screwed the other, or screwed bolts ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squaremeter 5 cm long. 8 S&F Galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacting and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, including securing or tying at crossing etc as directed. 9 M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in girth or width & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide etc. 10 Provison of Steel Gate 5.5 mtr wide Ht-3.30 mtr incl wicket gate 1.2 mtr wide including necessary electrical work as per CE CHZ Drg No. TD-247(C), SH-1/1 to 1/2 dated 23.07.2011 complete all as specified and directed.
