[Annexure-I] 2 Daily operation and maintenance by opening and closingSluice Valveof all diameters over the rising main and when necessary and as per disrection of E.I.C. or his authorised representative by engagingone semi skilled labour includingcleaning the valve chamber, dewaterring etc. complete. 3 Daily wages of valve Operation cum Guard to be paid = Rs. 465.57 (this is including Bonus @ 8.33% & excluding Rs. 62.00 as Employees Contribution of EPF @ 0.75% & ES @ 12.00%)[Base Labour rate/day = Rs. 487.00]Total including Bonus @ Rs. 8.33% = (Rs. 487.00 x 8.33%+ Rs. 487.00) = Rs. 527.57Overhead Expenses @ 5% = (Rs. 487.00 x 5%+ Rs. 527.57) = Rs. 551.92 4 Adding Employers Contribution of EPF @ 13% & ESI @ 3.25% = Rs. 684.00]1 man x 365 days = 365 mandays 5 Provision for additional payment towards labour rate only if the presently considered labour rate (i.e. Rs. 487/-) is increased by Govt.
