Tender For Patch Repair And Restoration Of Embankment Of Gosaiganj Block Under Jurisdiction Of Ae Iv. - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 2 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. 3 Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects 4 Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum gravel or a mixture of these, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300mm width laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 1902 (Manual Means) as per SOR ch-25 Si No-55 5 Maintenance of Earthen shoulder (filling with fresh selected soil)Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC upto a lead of 1000 mas per technical specification Clause 1903 as per SOR ch-25 Si No-56 6 Maintenance of Earhen shoulder (stripping of excess soil)Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor at OMC as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1903 as per SOR ch-25 Si No-56 7 Empty Bag Filling by Sand.Supply and Laying of sandy earth plastic cement bags (volume 0.035cum) including cost of earth , cost of empty bags , labour , stitching with sutely complete , laying and placing complete at the place of restoration of Embankment. as per SOR ch-25 Si No-47 8 Empty Bag Filling by EarthSupply and Laying of sandy earth plastic cement bags (volume 0.035cum) including cost of earth , cost of empty bags , labour , stitching with sutely complete , laying and placing complete at the place of restoration of Embankment. as per SOR ch-25 Si No-48 9 Brick bat filling with Over Burnt Brick (O.B.B)/ Class-150 Bricks including all completion of the work.
