    Tender For Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Of 10 Passenger Lifts In Gm Office Building At Shivamogga For A Period Of Two Years. (2025-27) Providing comprehensive maintenance of the following lift i/c all major and minor parts such as microprocessor based control, V3F drive, Auto Rescue Device etc according to the specifications attached including monthly checking and servicing of the lift, attending breakdown incidents including cleaning, lubricating the guides and all moving parts, replacing the lubricating oil including that of reduction gears as and when required, checking and adjusting car levels in all the floors, checking and ensuring that all the safety provisions are intact, checking and replacing all damaged and unserviceable components including motors (rewinding is not permitted) suspension ropes and reduction gears, attending all break down calls as and when intimated over telephone and setting right the lift by arranging genuine materials /spares, consumables and labour etc as required. a) 10 Passenger lift serving (G+4) floors at the GM Office, Shivamogga) (Year of commissioning: 2009)
