Wheel Sets Complete Along With Roller Bearing, Biotanks And Other Excluded Fittings Are To Be Handed Over By The Purchaser At Specified Location As Advised By Concerned Sse At Kgp/Ws Nb: (4) The Firm Shall Follow All Rules Regarding The Loading Of Vehicle As Per Rto /Statuary Bodies Governed Time To Time. Railway Will Not Be Responsible Any Breach Of Rules During Loading / Transportation Done By The Purchaser. Nb:[5] Delivery Will Be Given In Numbers. Nb:[6] The Purchaser Is Required To Take Adequate Safety Measures So That No Railway Property Is Near Vicinity Of The Cutting Spot Is Damaged In Any Way. The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For Any Damage/Fire Accident To The Railway Property Caused During Operation And Delivery. And The Purchaser Will Be Solely Responsible Of Any Loss Applied (Railway Employee Or Any Other Person) Caused Due To Any Activities Involved While Dismantling /Cutting, Of The Coaches, Transportation Loading And Unloading Of All Excluded Fittings Of The Coaches.
