Maintenance And Electrical Consumption Charges Of Street Light On Pwd Road Under Cnd Division (Sh- Providing Service Of Self-Propelled Vehicle Driven Pumps At Various Locations During Monsoon Season). - 1 Providing and Running Tractor PTO driven positive displacement Rotary Lobe Pump of flow rate not less than 200cum/hour or more enhanced capacity of approved brand with 100/150 mm dia. Suction pipe and delivery pipe having length upto 300 meter, tractor of adequate HP, idling speed 540 rpm scalable to 600 rpm round the clock at site of work for pumping/ bailing out drainage/ rainy/ storm water/ sump drain/ emergency dewatering of stagnated water of road surface etc. including all incidental charges as and when required including carriage of pump, positioning of pump, engaging driver, operator/skilled beldar round the clock in three shifts and necessary T&P as required for smooth running of pump complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The unit rate is for one pump per day along with Tractor & 3 Operators one in each shift (Day means 24hrs. of a day). The Contractor shall provide Smart Phone to Concerned operator, Supervisors and share their number to the department on their letter heads. The contractor will ensure that such mobile numbers remain all the time active till completion of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account & if contractor fails to provide and deploy Tractor & pump after direction of Engineer-in-charge or his representative compensation of Rs. 25,000/- per day per pump will be recovered from contractor from his payment. 2 For Monsoon Season 2025 3 Idle period (3 Nos pump setx 75 days approx.) 4 Running period 5 Providing services of inspection vehicle (Light Motor Vehicle)inclusive of Driver and fuel for concerned JE(E)/AE(E) for inspection of various original works of street lighting and maintenance of street lighting under AE(E) M-3513 SindhoraKalan on monthly rate basis (For 2440 km per month approximately) 6 Payment for Extra hours beyond normal duty for inspection of work by inspection vehicle (Light Motor Vehicle) with POL inclusive of Driver for concerned JE(E)/AE(E) for inspection of various pump sets, original works of street lighting and maintenance of street lighting under AE(E) M-3513 Sindhora Kalan in which vehicle can be used for running 10 kmper hours for which no extra will be paid. 7 Providing services of following capacity silent type DG set on hire charges basis with one time diesel in following quantities (but without DG Set Operator) with suitable capacity change over switch & suitable size of XLPE armoured cable upto 100 Mtrs. & also provide 200 ltrs. capacity storage tank/drum for fuel for each location at various Storm Water Pumping Stations on different locations on all days of Month including Sunday & Holidays as per terms & conditions and Inventory attached etc. complete as required.(a) 125 KVA - 1 No. (with 150 Litre Diesel one time for each) 8 Carrying out the periodical maint. along with 1 no. B check kits of 250 KVA (Greaves Make) DG Set along with material to be supplied required for the B check and all other materials required for all relevant checks recommended & as per specification of OEM etc., as required & other terms & conditions are as under 1. Element Lub Oil Filter 2. Kit Fuel Filter and Ring3. Kit Super Bypass Filter4. Seal O Ring 5. Inhibitor Corrosion6. Strip Test 7. Indicator Restriction 8. Kit Air Cleaner Element 9. Gasket Rocker Lever Cover 10. Premium Blue 7800 Plus . 9 Carrying out the periodical maint. along with 1 no. B check kits of 82.5 KVA (Cummins Make)DG Set along with material to be supplied required for the B check and all other materials required for all relevant checks recommended & as per specification of OEM etc., as required & other terms & conditions are as under 1.
