Of Folk Artistes Who Will Participate In The Independence Day Programme On 15Th August 2025- 1 Main Structurefor 10 days for 400 artistes (Rate should be quote including hiring, fitting, fixing , dismantling and transportation) 2 Bamboo structure coveredfor the area required for 400 peoples (ladies & gents) approximately 6720 Sqft. and 12 Ft height with plastic shed cloth ceiling 3 Arrangements of bedding for 400 people (ladies and gents and arrangement must be separated) considering stardy weather measures should be taken. 4 Temporary Octanam, wooden structure for office 20x30sq ft. with curtain 5 Temporary Enquiry setup for the artists With cloth decoration (200 Sqft.) 6 Temporary Kitchen area With cloth decoration (approx. 3000 Sqft) 7 Tables (5’ x 3’) with cover for dining area 8 Tables (5’ x 3’) 9 Plastic Chairs With cover 10 Plastic Chairs 11 3 Seater Sofa for office 12 Low table with covers 13 Temporary Arrangement of light for bedding area, (gents & ladies will be separate) for 400 people. 14 P.A System for room and from Northgate to Southgate. 15 Garden Umbrella/ Umbrella 16 Small temporary stage using Chowki etc. for rehearsal on stage 17 Carpeting (approx 3000 Sqft) 18 Arrangement of food and water for 10 days 19 Breakfast must be adequate for Folk artiste coming from rural area of Bengal. (450 heads approx per day) for 10 days @ Rs 100 20 Lunch for Folk artiste coming from rural area of Bengal. (450 heads approx including Folk Artiste Official and On duty Police per day) for 10 days (Food Details:- rice, fried vegetable, mixed vegetable, Daal, Fish/Chicken/Egg & Chatni. Menu will be different in different days.) not exceeding Rs. 250/- per meal 21 Tiffin must be adequate for Folk artiste coming from rural area of Bengal. (450 heads approx per day) for 10 days not exceeding Rs 60/- per packet 22 Dinner for Folk artiste coming from rural area of Bengal for 10 days (420 heads approx including Folk Artiste, Official and On duty Police per day) (Food Details:- Roti/Rice, fried vegetable, mixed vegetable, Daal, Fish/Chicken/Egg & Chatni. Menu will be different in different days) not Exceeding Rs. 250/- per meal. 23 Tea & Biscuit @ Rs.12/- for 450 heads artiste for 10 days (tea must be served at least 3 times a day Total 450 heads x 3 times x 10 days = 13500 cups of Tea + Biscuits) 24 20 litre water jar (55 nos. of water jar per day for 10 days) 25 Installation of Venue lighting (Rate should be quote including hiring, fitting, fixingand transportation) 26 S&F Metal hailed lamp with fitting (400 watt) 27 S&F Metal hailed lamp with fitting (600 watt) 28 CFL 29 Power Board 30 Stand Fan 31 Logistic Support for 10 days 32 Stand by S&F Generator, 125 KV with attendant sound proof for electricity supply for Stage 24hrs x 10 days. Rate should be quoted including Caretaker-2Shifts and operator -3 Shifts (Actual fuel cost will be provided separately on production of authenticated fuel consumption log book) 33 Adequate logistic support system with manpower for admission in Govt Hospital in case ofany medical emergency (24hrs x 10 days) 34 Manpower 10 days 35 Arrangement of sufficient manpower to manage the venuefor 400 artistes (Approx 12 heads round the clock) (3 shift) 36 Security and sweeping personnel for 10 days 37 Security arrangement with CCTV and security person 38 Swepping personnel for Geetanjali Stadium (10 nos. each day for 10 days) 39 Communication 40 Walky Talky for smooth operation and communication for 10 days 41 Still camera for documentation for 10 days 42 Communication with eminent artists at least three times 43 Car (Innova) for bringing eminent artists to the venue from their residence , guiding them the way to the parade walk and dropping them back (actual nos would be paid & log book should be produced) 44 Car (Winger) for bringing eminent artists to the venue from their residence , guiding them the way to the parade walk and dropping them back (actual nos would be paid & log book should be produced) 45 Supply of shoes and socks 46 Supply of 1 pair of cades Shoe & 1 pair of Socks for 370 artiste (exact shape andsize will be provide by I&CA Department later.) 47 Supply of 1 pair Anklet Socks & Knee cap for 30Chou artiste (exact shape andsize will be provide by I&CA Department later.) 48 Baul dress 49 Supply of transparent raincoat. 50 Hospitality for 15th August 51 Tiffin, Lunch, Tea & Snacks for 50 artists @Rs.325 at the venue to be supplied on 15th August 52 50 pieces of Standard Tiffin Packet for Eminent artistswithin the limit of Rs. 700 each packet to be supplied on 15th August 53 Govt. Taxes 54 Including all Government Taxes (18%)
