    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Dg Set 750 Kva Cummins (Tank Bpi); Na; Yes; Buyer Premises CLEANING 1. Defueling of all Qty-04 tanks consisting of qty-01 BPI tank of 15KL, Qty-02 DG tank of 900L and Qty-01 Buffer tank of 900L which is to be stored in containers along with the sludge removal of four tank. 2. Sludge and corrosion/rust throughout the inner surface of all the four tanks to be removed with wire brush and pressurized water jet. 3. All nut and bolts to be cleaned properly and anti-rust liquid to applied. 4. Surface of all the tanks to be wipe down manually until cleaned ought to be and dry without applying corrosive solvent. 5. Diesel tanker must be provided by vendor(>10KL). 1. Hydrostatic leak test with light pressure to be carried out on 15 KL BPI tank to ascertain any leakage in the tank. POST CLEANING 2. Non return valve of pump to be checked to ascertain working satisfactorily. 3. A new lockable Dip cap to be fitted for ease of insertion of Dip stick. 4. All the old gaskets (removed for cleaning) to be replaced with new oil resistive gaskets. PAINTING 1. All the covers of the tank to be painted colour and refitted to be their respectively places. 2. Inner surface interior of the tank first lyer to be painted with anti-corrosive oxide paint. 3. After red oxide paint interior polish should be done with double coating anti-white colour and outer exposed portion of the tank should be painted in Total Quantity :
