    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Built Up Trucks; Supply Of Spares; Yes; Buyer Premises 1. SPARES OF THE VEHICLE MUST BE SUPPLIED STRICTLY AS PER SPECIFICATIONS ATTACHED. 2. SELLER MAY VISIT THIS OFFICE TO CHECK FURTHER DETAILS. SAMPLE MAYBE PROVIDED BEFORE SUPPLYING THE WHOLE QUANTITY. COST OF VISITING HAS TO BE BORNE BY THE SELLER. 3. 100% PAYMENT WILL BE MADE ONLY AFTER SUPPLY OF WHOLE QUANTITY AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER. 4. BIDDERS HAVE TO SUBMIT A COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE ON ITS LETTER HEAD STATING THAT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING ATC HAVE BEEN READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED. 5. SELLER HAS TO PROVIDE 06 MONTHS ONSITE WARRANTY FOR THE OFFERED PRODUCTS. 6. FIRM SUPPLYING THE SPARES MUST HAVE OEM AUTHORISATION OR SHOULD HAVE WORKED WITH OEM IN THE CAPACITY OF TECHNICIAN/ENGINEER OR SHOULD HAVE SUPPLIED SPARES TO MILITARY UNITS/GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION.RELATED DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED ALONG WITH BID. 7. SPARES OF THE VEHICLES OFFERED SHOULDE BE MANUFACTURED BY SAME COMPANY AS THAT OF VEHICLE. 8. BID INCLUDES ONLY SUPPLY OF VEHICLE SPARES. Total Quantity :
