    Tender For Supply And Application Of Stone Crete Plaster On Vertical Surface/Soffit In Line And Level And Washing As Per Requirement, To Give An Even Exposed Concrete, Using Material Of Approved Make, Consisting Of Cement, Marble Powder, Approved Pigments, Hardening And Hydrophobic Agents And Glass Or Stone Aggregates, As Selected By The Architects. Stone Crete Plaster Is To Be Cleaned By Mild Acid Wash If Necessary And Then Coated By Two Coats Of Approved, Water-Based, Approved Make Uv Resistant Acrylic Coating After Sufficient Curing And Drying Has Taken Place. The Coating Must Be Done In A Manner That No Patchiness Is Seen. Work Is To Be Completed As Per Direction Of Engineer-In Charge. The Stone Crete Must Be Resistant To Efflorescence. The Stone Crete Plaster Must Meet The Sustainability Criteria And Should Be Certified As A Green Product By Cii. Scope Of Work Includes: Check The Plaster And See That There Are No Pot Holes, Cracks Or Any Other Defects, If Any Found, Proper Repair Work Is Required Before Proceeding Further. Providing And Fixing 50 Mm Th Red Sand Stone Tiles, Carved With Floral, Bells, Godly Figures And Holy Figures Of Hindu Mythological References Including Loading Unloading And Transportation, Fixing As Per Design And Sequences With All Fixing Material (Clamps Chemical For Fixing) And Finishing (Grinding Of Stone By Hand Machine Complete Washing By Chemical And Chemical Coating For Waterproofing) All Complete.
