Tender For Patch Repair In Block Mardah And Kasimabad Sh And Mdr - W.B.M (Grade-3) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50 cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. ( excludingGST) 2 CTSBProviding , laying and spreading material on a prepared subgbase adding cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixingin place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer sub base. 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen slow setting emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per technical specification clasue 502. (including all material, T&P labour cess etc but excluding GST) 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.(including bitumen but excluding GST) 5 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 (13.2mm & 11.20mm in 2:1)mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.(including bitumen but excluding GST) 6 Providing and laying seal coat sealing 6.7mm stone grit @0.009 cum per sqm the voids in a bituminous grade VG-10 @0.65kg per sqm surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.(including bitumen but excluding GST)
