    Tender For Civil Work Of State Bank Of India, M.P.S.T & H.L.S.T Branch, First Floor, Civil Lines, Ludhiana VITRIFIED TILES FLOORING:- Providing and laying double charged Vitrified tiles 600mm x600mm (Marble series- Johnson, Kajaria, Nitco) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) and 8-12 mm thick tile fixing chemical (Roff, Kajaria, Rachtr, MYK Laticrete) with 5 mm spacer & filling the joint-gaps with jointing with epoxy grout (MYK Laticrete), as per shade mentioned in drawing. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. tile level will be same as R.A.C.P.C. flooring. (Including dismantling of existing floor tiles if any and disposing of malba from site at appropriate place) 3920 Sq.ft 2 GRANITE :- Providing and laying 18mm thick Lopatto / Flamed Finish Granite on main entrance steps with 1.5 moulding over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing, nosing and polishing etc. all complete as
