Tender For Interior Work Of State Bank Of India, M.P.S.T & H.L.S.T Branch, First Floor, Civil Lines, Ludhiana Providing and fixing Paneling (ground floor & first floor) over the existing wall made out of framework of 50 mm X 25 mm - 18 gauge section un annodised Aluminium (as per requirement) frame work @ 16” to 24” c/c vertically & horizontally.The frame work to be clad with 8.0 mm thick BWP grade ply (Archid, Greenlam, Century, Greenply-Ecotec) and 1.0 mm thick laminate (Duro, Aica, Greenlam, Century) as per pattern. The skirting shall be finished with 1mm thk brusshed steel finsih lamiante. Also 3 X 1/2 teak wood section shall be provided on exposed surfaces. All ply / wood to be treated with wood preservatives of approved ISI quality. All exposed teak wood shall be melamine polish with matching pigment. The rate shall include for providing groves in laminate & wood. Payments shell be made only for exposed surfaces & actual measurement at site, no payment shell be made for paneling behind furniture such as tables, Credenza, storage etc. (including dismantling of existing Wall Paneling and disposing of malba at apporiate place) Providing and fixing Low Height Partition made of 44 mm X 44 mm X 16 Gauge aluminium extruded sections @ 16 c/c vertically & horizontally. The bottom member shall be aluminium extruded sections of size 65 mm X 44 mm X 16 Gauge. The aluminium extruded sections frame shall be fixed rigidly at floor level with rawl plugs / steel lugs / screw. The frame work to be clad with 8.0 mm thick BWP grade ply (Archid, Greenlam, Century, Greenply-Ecotec) skirting along with 1mm thick laminate (Duro, Aica, Greenlam, Century) of approved make/colour /texture in desired shade, & horizontal/vertical grooves in desired pattern. Rates to include for provision of 35mm thick flush doors covered with 1.00mm thick laminate on both sides, 4nos brass butt hinges heavy on each door, all brass hardware, 6 levers (Godrej, Hettich, Haffle, Harison) Mortice lock, door closer, door stoppers etc. complete with melamine polish on 2nd class teakwood beeding /moulding in desired shade. The cost of doors with necessary hardware Mortice locks etc. complete is to be included and measured in this item. Skirting & intermediate bands will be of 1mm thick metallic shade laminate.All ply / wood to be treated with wood preservatives of approved ISI quality. (including dismantling of existing Full Height Partition and disposing of malba at apporiate place)
