Tender For Construction Of 01 No. 33 Kv Simrothi Bay At 220 Kv Sub-Station Manth, Mathura. - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m (SOR 2.8.1) 2 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)(SOR 4.1.8) 3 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns (SOR 4.3.1) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)(SOR 4.1.2 ) 5 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (SOR 5.1.2) 6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth leve Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.(SOR 5.22.6) 7 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (SOR 6.1.1) 8 Supply of 28 mm. dia M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS 266) 900 mm. long with base plate (75x75x6mm) welded with anchor bolts including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5 mm thick washer and cost of labour, material & T&P for proper completion of work(SOR NSI No.9.12) 9 Fixing and grouting 52/40/32/28 mm bolts in proper alignment level and setout with help of a template complete including supply of all labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(labour rates only) (SOR NSI No. 9.13) 10 Supply of 25 mm dia.M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mm long with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts,including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR NSI No. 9.14) 11 Fixing and grouting 25 mm dia M.S. Anchor bolt in proper alignment level and setout with the help of a template including supply of all labour T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the work. (labour rates only).(SOR NSI No. 9.15) 12 Fixing of template in position level and alignment for grouting of Anchor bolt in Main Gantry (labour rate only)(SOR NSI No.9.31) 13 Fixing of template in position level and alignment for grouting of Anchor bolt in Auxiliary (labour rate only)(SOR NSI No.9.32) 14 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.(In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works)(SOR 10.25.2) 15 Champering the edge of concrete in auxiliary structure, of size 25 mm wide in triangular section including all materials, labour & T&P etc complete. (SOR NSI No.11.18) 16 Providing sand stone slab for roofing and laying them in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens or structural steel sections (Karries or battens or structural steel sections to be paid separately), including pointing the ceiling joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand ) complete :(Red sand stone slab ,40 to 50 mm thick)(SOR 12.23.1.1) 17 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & four part of coarse sand (1:4), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work. (SOR 13.4.1) 18 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (SOR 13.62.1) 19 Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) :300 mm dia piles(SOR 20.3.1 ) 20 Extra over single under ream for providing additional bulbs in under reamed piles, under specified diameter(only the nos. of extra bulbs are to be paid)300 mm dia piles (SOR 20.4.1 )
