Scraping of grass/wild growth etc by manually on the shoulders of main Runway/taxi track including all around the runway light, etc, including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance exc, 500m but n. exc 1000m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directedNote:(i) cutting/scraping of grass/wild growth, etc, growth around the runway light (where ever require) shall be carried once in a month or as directed by engineer in charge and each cutting/scraping shall be measured and paid for separately

Scraping of grass/wild growth etc by using grass cutting machine on the shoulders of main runway,taxi track,PTT,loops etc and other adjacent areas. including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance exc, 500m but n. exc 1000m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed and as per user requirement. Note: (i) Contractor will arrange his own mechanical slasher (set of 03 grass cutting machine with POL and Mobil).

Cleaning of monsoon drains1.50 m in depth (average) as ordered including taking out accumulated silts, sand, muds, etc. from bottom of drains, removal of all types of organic materials, silts, sand, muds, etc. from bottom of brick drains etc. to a distance of exc. 250m but not exc 500m, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Monsoon drains to be cleaned for 2 time within the completion period.

M&L Ploughing and Loosening of sand layer by using Mechanical Tractor including raising (or lowering) to required size and shape for the area approx 4182.00 Sqm (Size 91.5m x 22.85m x 2 Nos) as directed.Note:(i) Ploughing and Loosening shall be carried out at the minimum interval of 15 days or as directed.(ii) One job inclusive of minimum 5 to 6 hrs ploughing with mechanical tractor.

M&L spreading/levelling of sand in layers not exc. 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed. (General Note:-applicable for schedule of works item No 1 to 05 :-Work will be carried out on non flying day / non flying hours only.No claim will be entertained due to any loss of working hours.)

M&L Cutting grass mechanically operated or slasher where ever required including removing material obtained from cutting/cleaning both side of shoulders and WSA &thrown upto 5kms away from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-ChargesNote: (i) Contractor will arrange his own mechanical slasher (set of 01 tractor & jungle jim) with POL and MT driver.(ii) Work will be carried out on non flying day / non flying hours only as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.) No claim will be entertained due to any loss of working hours.(iii) A log register to be maintained in consultation with Engr-in-Charge.(vi) The Unit Rate of item of work will be inclusive of all the other charges for the machineries including registration charges,Road tax,Insurances charges,maintenance charges,cost of foel,lubricants,salary of driver,washing charges,any repairing/replacement of spare parts charges and various other taxes & levies,if applicable,fines,etc.(v) Reporting duty places is Air Field area under GE(AF)There will be no dead hour/milege.The hour age for the purpose of \" vehicle run\" and \"hours of duty\" shall be rockoned from the starting of the job to finishing of the job.No hour will be considered for lunch/breakfast/dinner/garaging or for drawl of disel etc. Contractor shall be quote accordingly.
