RMUsmanufactured& supplied in the name ofSystem integrator / Franchise partners /License Partners of OEM are not acceptable. SF6 Gas tank, RMU shall be manufactured by OEM in whose name for type tests are issued.(b) Load break switch (630A) should have the following :-(i)Manualoperated 12 KV, 630A Load Break switch and Earthing Switch with making capacity(ii) “Live Cable” LED Indicators through Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings(iii) Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH Indication(iv) Anti-reflex operating handle(v) Cable Testing facility after opening the cable covers after doing the earthing suitably and without disconnecting the Cable terminations. (vi) Cable boxes suitable for 1x3Cx120 sq mm XLPE Cable with right angle Cable Termination Protectors(vii) Cable Door should be arc proof and interlocked with respective Earthing Switches. For safety of operator it should not be possible to open the cable Door unless the earth Switch is ON.(viii) It should consist of an SF6 cubicle housing a switch disconnector and an earthing switch. Bus bars and all electrical connections are located inside the tank. The switch positions are closed – open – earthed. The operating shafts for the switches should be have rotary seals where they enter the SF6 cubicle. The operating mechanisms should be located outside on the front of the SF6 tank. Cable bushings shall be site replaceable type. Front covers containing the mimic diagram and having a degree of protection IP2X close the fronts. 14 (c) Circuit Breaker (630A) should have the following:(i) Manual operated 630 A Vacuum circuit breaker and Earthing Switch with making capacity(ii) Fault arc Interruption should be in Vacuum only.(iii) Auxiliary contacts 2NO and 2NC(iv) Anti-reflex operating handle(v) “Live Cable” LED Indicators through Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings.(vi) 3O/C + 1E/F self powered relay with Low and high set for Over current and Earth Fault. Relay should have facility to trip the breaker from remote commands without requiring shunt trip coil. It shall be communicable via MODBUS Communication (vii) Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH Indication.(via) Protection CT60/1A , 2.5VA , 5P10 - 1 set for each VCB(vii) Cable boxes suitable towards front/rear side, for 1 X 3C x 120 sq mm XLPE Cable with right angle Cable Termination protectors(viii) The 630Amp T-off circuit breaker module should consist of an SF6 cubicle with high gradeSS 304 Tank housing a fixed type vacuum circuit breaker and a series disconnect or & earthing switch. Current rating less than 630Amp is not permissible. An integrated relay and related CTs is used for tripping of the circuit breaker. Use of SF6 as Fault-interruption media is not allowed, because of safety and environmental reasons. Bus bars and all electrical connections should be located inside the tank. The operating shafts for the switches should be have rotary seals where they enter the SF6 cubicle. The operating mechanisms are located outside on the front of the SF6 tank. Cable bushings shall be site replaceable type so that in an unforeseen event of bushing breakage , the entire RMU shouldn’t be sent back to the factory. Front covers containing the mimic diagram having a degree of protection IP2X seal off the fronts.(ix) Vacuum bottles should be used as interrupters of the fault-currents & Vacuum bottle manufacturer should be same as RMU manufacturer. The make of vacuum bottles should be same as that of RMU.(x) TheEarthing switch shall be fault making type only . i.e. earthing should not involve Vacuum breaker as the total number of VCB operations will reduce if every earthing operation is via VCB. 15 Material and labour for providing cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Material and labour for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in coping/collar of poles/ foundation of column for shed including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Supply, laying & testing HT electric cableXLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm (Earthed) including provision of cable route indicator made up of Cast iron disc 6 inch diaduly engraved as HT Cable having 450 mm long MS Flat of 40 x 6 mm as supportand painted with red in colour on both side duly grouted the same in PCC of 300 mm depth from ground levelin every 30 meters intervals complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Supply, laying & testing HT electric cableXLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 120 Sqmm (Earthed) all as including provision of cable route indicator made up of Cast iron disc 6 inch diaduly engraved as HT Cable having 450 mm long MS Flat of 40 x 6 mm as supportand painted with red in colour on both side duly grouted the same in PCC of 300 mm depth from ground levelin every 30 meters intervals complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured, Al conductor cable of size of 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured, Al conductor cable of size of 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured, Al conductor cable of 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for straight through , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for straight through , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE , armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 25 Earthing for equipments / machineries with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including using copperstrip of size 20 x 3 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of copper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised ironand connected to earth test point/Polesas shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 26 Supply, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of HT 11 kv grade insulatedAriel bunch Overhead cable of size 3C x 95 Sqmm + 1C x 70 Sqmm on 11 mtr steel pole with necessary fixing arrangement such as GI suspension clamps, eye hook, piercing connector, dead end clamp, universal hook,pre-insulated lugs, nylon cable tie,anchoring arrangements, stay wires complete including material and labour for end termination joint (2 sets) for terminating the same to existing 11 kv HT XLPE UG cable on both endscomplete all as specified and as directed. 27 Supply erecting and fixing ofhot dipped Galvanised Iron swaged HT Electric poles of 11 mtr heightas per 410-SP-56 complete with GI base plate for fixing of HT 11 kv grade insulated Ariel bunch Overhead cable of size 3C x 95 Sqmm + 1C x 70 Sqmm, having finial GI taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and necessary GI Cross Arm/Clamp as specifiedwith necessary PCC foundation and coping for erecting the same in ground complete all as specified and as directed.
