| 4 | Provision for red sand stone flooring with 40 mm thick sand stone as per matching with original color and texture with mortar fo ratio 1:1:1: lime surkhi and coarse sand with mixing of Gur sheera , dry gum, dry belgiri etc. flag stone to be fixed after fine dressing with special tools and making front edge as bull nose . Including all the labour and T. & P. . Required proper completion of work at the site. |
| 5 | Providing and fixing red sand stone 40 mm thick veneering stone including chiselling out old and decayed veneering stone and fix new stone with 1:1:1 ratio mortar (1 lime, 1 surkhi, 1 c. sand) including supply of all materials labour T.& P. etc. required for proper completion of work. |
| 6 | Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required . in gratings, frames , guard bar, ladder , railings, brackets, gates and similar works .. |
| 7 | Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturer’s specifications. Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. |
| 8 | Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Provision for random rubble masonary with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1,cement,6c.sand,12 aggregate 20mm nominal size)up to plinth level . |
| 10 | Provision for random rubble masonary with hard stone in super structure above plinth level and up to floor and excluded height including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1,cement,6 c.sand,12 grit stone 20 mm nominal aggregate size) at window sills ceiling level and the like as. |
