HT, 33KV, CABLES: Supply, installation testing & commissioning of HT, 33KV grade XLPE insulated, inner sheath tapped, outer sheath PVC extruded, GI strip/armored, multi stranded/ Aluminum conductor power 33KV HT cable as per IS 7098 specifications, FRLS grade anti-rodent and anti-termite PVC (ST-2) outer sheathed cable, Insulation Screening with Extruded Semi Conducting Compound in Combination with Copper Tape, Cores Laid up, Inner sheath of PVC in ground at a depth of 900mm below ground level, sand bedding, laying of baked bricks on side and top, temporary reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation, disposal of excess earth within the radius of 500m and making good to the original finish etc. orhume pipes/ trenches. All as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge-IOP.The tinned copper earth wires to be laid along with the cables should be painted with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth wire in ground & Jointing of the earth wire shall be solder joints with tinned copper cable sockets & GI nuts & bolts.Note: Scope includes all types of masonry work required making good to its original finish of holes through wall, slopes etc. after laying of the cable. Make of cables: Finolex/Polycab/CCI or approved equivalent of the same.

Supplying and making Outdoor Cable End Termination/ Straight Through Joint with Heat Shrinkable Jointing Kit complete with all accessories including lugs/ in-line connector for following size of XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor cable of 33KV grade as required. Note: 1. Insulation resistance of the cable is to be measured by a 5KV megger/ Insulation tester and to be recorded before and after the replacement of end joint/ Straight through Joint.2. Arrangement of all instrument and equipment’s for this job is in the scope of Bidder.3. The make of the 33KV, End Termination Kit/ Straight through Joint Kit should be of M/s Raychem Make or approved equivalent of the same. 4. Installation of end Termination Kit should be made by a Raychem certified cable jointer.5. Five years of warranty is to be extended on the new joint.

Suitable Support MS Channels for raising the cable for connection on the structure of 33KV Switch Yard at both 33KV Substation and the switch yard near Overhead water tank. The channels are to be provided on both side of cable to enclose the cable in between and same has to be fixed to the existing structure by suitable GI clamps and nut bolts (to be provided at a gap of 400mm on existing structure). Suitable MS strip extensions with holes and Nuts & Bolts to be provided on the channels to hold together both the channel around the cable tightly and same will be tightly secured with the existing structure by suitable GI clamps and Nuts & Bolts. The channels are to be painted with two coats of Red Oxide Primer and two coats of Aluminium Paint. Channel size (50x100x50x05(thickness) mm) and each set will have two channels each of length of 5mtr. Each.Note:The Scope of job includes the additional GI clamps with required Nuts and Bolts required for fixing the/ holding the cable with the existing 33KV structure.
