Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1600A, 4Pole, Air Circuit Breaker, Draw Out type, 50KA Breaking capacity (1Sec) and Thermal Magnetic in the existing Main LT Panel of 33KV Substation of IOP as a replacement of the existing old ACB. (Make - EDO ACB 50KA Thermal Magnetic – DN1 Cat No. SL.95365 of L&T or approved equivalent of the same.)The ACB should have the following:1. Over Current and Earth fault protection release (L&T Cat No. SL93410000)2. Under Voltage release – 240Volt AC (L&T Cat No. SL.92720B000 or approved equivalent of the same)3. Lockable Trip Push Button(L&T Cat No.SL93148000A or approved equivalent of the same)4. ON/OFF Push Button Note:The scope of the job includes the following:1. The New ACB will be installed after removal of the old ACB from the panel.2. Any type of Gas Cutting, electric Welding required for the removal of old ACB & installation of new ACB is included in the scope this job3. Any type of wiring required for installation of the new ACB is included in the scope of this job.4. Any type of Nuts & Bolts, Insulator, Hardware’s, Gaskets, etc required for installation of the ACBs is included in the scope of this job. 5. Retrofitting, Denting, Welding, Angle, Chanels, cutting & others is included in the scope of this job. 6. Disconnection of connected cables & existing Bus-Bars for removal of the existing Old ACB and again reconnection of the same with the New ACB is included in the scope of the job.7. Old ACB/ Spares after replacement is to be handed over to IOP EIC and to be kept at a place within 500mtr. Radius as per directions of IOP EIC..

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Tinned Copper Bus-Bars (2 nos. of 50x10mm for each phase and Neutral) for connection of ACB with the existing Main Panel Bus-Bars.The Scope of job includes the following:1. The Copper Bus-Bars to be shaped properly using proper Bus-Bar bending machine for proper contact with the Main Bus-Bars and ACB Terminals.2.All Bus-Bars to be provided with proper colored heat sink sleeves as per requirement.3. All type of Hardwares, DMC insulators, Nuts & Bolts, etc required for installation of the Bus-Bars is to be provided.4. All type of disconnection of Cables & Bus-Bars, control connections etc. to be carried out for removal Old Bus-Bars & reconnection of the same is to be carried out for installation of the New Bus-Bars.5. Old Bus-Bars after replacement is to be handed over to IOP EIC and to be kept at a place within 500mtr. Radius as per directions of IOP EIC.Note: The quantities mentioned in the above items are of approximate value and payment will be made as per actual measurements after completion of the work.
