(From Auditorium main panel to Proposed Change overpanelto be installed in feeder pillar panel room) 3 DISTRIBUTION BOARDS: Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of following medium voltage (415V) TP&N/ SP & N distribution boards single door complete with necessary SFU, MCCB, MCBs, etc. suitable for wall mounting with M.S. frame work of 40x40x5mm angle mounting with M.S. enclosure fabricated out of 16SWG thick M.S. CRCA sheet with concealed hinged door, cam type locking arrangement, dust and vermin proof with IP-42 protection, Front operated front access, all live parts shall be shrouded, all bus bars shall be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves, SMC/DMC shrouds and Bus bar supports shall be used etc. Suitable tinned copper bus bars have to be provided for all phases, neutral and earth connections both for incoming and outgoing connections.Cable end box, wire way box, including interconnections with appropriate size of PVC insulated copper conductor, phase barriers, earth of DB, enameled danger board, name plate, neoprene gasket for joints & door has to be provided. Necessary metal treatment, two coats of red oxide paint & Powder coated with color shade of RAL 7032. A suitable Bakelite sheet with necessary cutouts for knobs/ operating levers of MCB’s/ MCCB/ SFU etc is to be provided duly fixed on to the cabinet with nuts and bolts/ screws. The front door (MS sheet) should have the name of the DB in anodized aluminum plate. Phase distribution drawing etc. all as per drawings specifications etc. relevant IS & instruction of Engineer-in-charge (G.A. & fabrication drawing to be got approved before fabrication)Note: 1.MCB’s shall be minimum 10KA breaking capacity2. All tinned copper bus bars should be minimum of 200A rating or more than that as mentioned in the drawing.3. All SFU units should have to be provided with HRC fuses4. All feeders including the Incoming are to be provided with proper nomenclature in anodized Aluminium plates near the MCB, output terminals & on DB as per requirement/ as per instruction of EIC.6. For the feeders above 125A rating output connection is to be made directly from the Bus bars and the output bus bars has to be extended suitably to the cable bay box for connection of the output cables.8. Suitable Tinned Copper Bus-bar has to be provided for the running earth in each DB.9. The DBs are to be fabricated in electrical panel fabrication shop approved by Institute of Physics. The DBs will be inspected by IOP EIC in 3 stages and for which it has to be informed accordingly. 4 Main Change over panel (Located in NISER panel room) The panel will be wall mounting type and will contain the following items:1. 630A, 04 pole Changeover Switch – 01 no.2. 400A TPN SFU with Fuse – 01 nos. (For incomer)3. 250A TPN SFU with Fuse – 01 no. (Outgoing)4. 125A TPN SFU with Fuse – 02 nos. (Outgoing)Note:1. The connection and placement of the above items is to be done as per the circuit diagram will be given by IOP. 2. All connections inside the panel is to be made by suitable copper bus bars of proper ratings.3. The make of TPN SFU should be of L&T/ Siemens or approved equivalent of the same 6 END TERMINATION OF ARMOURED & FLEXIBLE CABLES:End termination and connection of the following cables by crimping with supply of all jointing materials like tinned copper cable sockets, cable glands, gland earthing insulation tape, flux, duplicate interconnection between gland earthing strip and the nearest earthing bus terminals as per the drawing, specifications, Aluminum cable tag is to be provided with each end termination and all as per the instruction of the Engineer in charge. Make of lugs/sockets: Dowels/Jainson. 7 3 ½ core x 185 Sqmm Al. PVCA /XLPE cable 8 Rearrangement of the existing 09x185Sqmm cables in the trench of Auditorium main Panel to facilitate the end termination of those cables and laying of the above mentioned new cables. For the same job the following points has to be carried out within the scope of this job:1. It will be required to excavate the soil (Appx. 50 Cumtr.) outside panel room to facilitate the drawing of the existing 09 cables to outside and again reinserting the same into the trench along with the new cable.2. The total labour required for the same, the tools, and any other items required for this job is within the scope of this job.3.The excavation of soil has to be carried out with utmost care and slowly to avoid any type damage to the pile of cables lying under the soil at the same place.4. The existing 09 nos. of cables are to be re-laid inside the trench to be drawn on the wall (2mtr. Height) near auditorium panel providing suitable “C” type GI flat with GI clamps and to be connected to the three 400A TPNs mentioned in item no.2.5.5. Necessary cuttings in Chequered plates of the trench for cable entry/exit is included in the scope of this job.Bidders are advised to visit the site and access the quantum of job before quoting for the same.
