Repair To Backhoe Loader Jk02bw 8960 Case-1.01 Repair to Backhoe Bucket Assembly by way of dismantling the worn out and damaged tooths of bucket with cutter/welding and then providing and fitting of centre tooths-04 Nos., side cutting tooth-02 Nos., bolt M16X75 -12 Nos., bolt M16X50 – 04 Nos., washers-16 Nos., nut-16 Nos., square hole washers-12 Nos. The job further includes welding of the tooth with the bottom bucket plate for permanent joint. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled), carriage and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 2.01 Repair to Loader Bucket Assembly by way of dismantling the worn out and damaged tooths of loader with cutter/welding and then providing and fitting of centre tooths-08 Nos., bolt M16X75 -16 Nos., washers-16 Nos., nut-16 Nos., square hole washers-16 Nos. The job further includes welding of the tooth with the bottom loader plate for permanent joint. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled), carriage and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 3.01 Periodical servicing of the Backhoe Loader by way of flushing old lubricants and removing filters and then P/F of air filter outer - 01 no, air filter inner - 01 no, fuel filter – 02 no, engine oil filter - 01 no, belt 10mm W - 01 no, hydraulic oil filter - 01 no, engine oil - 11 ltrs, hose - 01 no, hose clamp- 04 no, Hydraulic oil for topping due to leakage- 40 litres, coolant- 15 litres, rear axle oil for topping- 10 litres and greasing of machine with grease – 15 kgs , O-ring kit- 01 set. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled), carriage and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 4.01 Repair to Cabin Assembly of machine by way of removing broken glasses of front, rear, RH and LH windows and then providing and fitting of glass windshield front-01 no., glass sliding overhead rear-01 no., glass of RH and LH door-01 no. each, glass of RH and LH door rear – 01 no. each, glass of RH and LH door front lower – 01 no. each. The job further includes providing and fitting of new horn assembly to the machine along with all allied fittings and accessories. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. . 5.01 Repair to electrical system by way of replacement of worn out wiring and fuses and providing and fitting of 01 no. temperature gauge, 01 no. water pump indicator, new fuses as per requirement and making the connection and testing. The job also includes Repair to operator seat by dismantling the old worn out seat and then P/F of cushioning material to seat and backrest with cover along with frame.
