Tender For Work Of Shifting 11 Kv Overhead Power Line In Sector-6 And 7 Main Under Construction Road Of Anant Nagar (Mohan Road) Scheme - Supply & erection of overhead line with ACSR conductor on poles / service bracket including binding etc. complete in all respects. 2 Supply & erection of overhead line with G.I. wire no. 8 to 4 SWG on poles/serivce bracket including binding etc. complete in all respect. 3 Supply & erection of stay set at 3.5 Metres away from the pole complete with galvanised 19 mm dia x1.80 Metre long stay rod, 30 cm x 30 x 6.3 mm anchor plate, thimble stay clamps, stay insulator,19 mm 600 mm double screw tightener, 7/3.5 mm G.I. stay wir 4 Painting of the electric pole with 2 coats of aluminium paint over red oxide primer complete in all respect. 5 S/F of double pole structure with 2 nos S.T. pole for S/S 410 SP-55 11 Mtr. long in 1:3:6 CC foundation 1/6 of pole length below G.I. and 30cm above G.I. 20cm thick around the pole with 2 nos. channel 125mmx75 mm one No. Chennel cross arm of 75mmX 40mm 2 No. 50X50X6mm sngle iron bracings with necessary nut bolts & packing pieces complete with painting as per direction of E/I. 6 S/F of ST Pole 410 SP-55 11 Mtr Long Grouted in 1:3:6 CC foundation complete with painting as per direction of E/I. at site PSR Basantkunj Yojna (Prachi Enterprisess) 7 Supplying of 50 mm x 50mm x 5 mm size 1.80 mt long angle iron for G.I. Garding complite with 50x6 mm size M.S. clamp all complite as per Direction of E/Ic. PSR Basantkunj (Prachi Enterprisess) 8 S/B of Earth rod 20 mm dia 2.5 mt long including GI wire 7/16 SWG to connected earth rod and earth clamp on pole, 3 mtr long steel conduit to carry earth wire along the jpole complite as per approved of E/Ic. 9 Supplying of 50 mm X 8 mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11/22/33 KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required. 10 Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish Paint as required. 11 Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required. 12 Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required. 13 Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. 14 Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.l. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.
