Unforeseen Works At Lbsi Airport, Varanasi During Year 2025-26 - Cleaning of manholes and gully trap by deploying sewerman and using require machinery i.e scrapers, brushes, and other required tools used to remove debris and removing silt and sediment from the manhole i/c bottle, plastic, mortar etc and disposal outside AAI premises with all lead and lift as per local MC norms. Complete in all respect as per the direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm i/c disposal outside AAI premises with all lead and lift as per local MC norms. Complete in all respect as per the direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Cleaning of service duct approximate area shall be 6.25 sqm by deploying required number of swerman / sweeper with scrapers, brushes, and other required tools used to remove debris and removing silt and sediment material i/c bottle, plastic, mortar, cloths etc. Agency shall be responsible for complete cleaning, suction, disposal activity outside AAI premises with all lead and lift. Complete in all respect as per the direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Cleaning of Septic Tank / Collection Chamber/Sewage Treatment Plant Tanks and disposal of sludge outside AAI premises. Agency shall be responsible safe disposal of sludge in accordance with local Corporations norms. Quoted rate shall be including dealing with MC office , obtaining necessary permissions etc. complete.Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Agency shall be responsible for complete cleaning, suction, disposal activity and thereafter. Agency shall ensure and implement safe working conditions for his labourers during execution , all necessary safety measures and harness shall be used before taking-up work. Cleaning activity shall be started with emptying tanks by Sludge Suction Tanker , brushing of RCC walls with Nylon brush , use of appropriate cleaning solution , cleaning detergent with water to ensure no fungus or algae remains on walls. Work shall be taken-up as per sequential manner as per schedule decided by representative of Engg-In-Charge. Quoted rate shall be cleaning of walls, base , roof, corners , funnels, removal of media etc. complete. The equipment is a Truck Mounted Mobile Unit suitable for suctioning the Sludge / slurry from sewer manholes,gully pits, septic tanks etc. by Vacuum Suction System and discharging the collected sludge by Hydraulic Tipping of the Tank, alternatively through Blow-back Arrangement. Providing & fixing in position water proof, stainproof, weather proof, Scrap guard, fire ristance, green product of stone polymer composite flooring with planks sizes 1220mm length and 225 mm wide and 6mm thick in approved colour, texture and finish of welspun brand or equivalent. The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.
