    Bids Are Invited For Professional Painting Service - Metals; Engine Exhaust Detuner; Engine Exhaust Detuner i. Painting of Engine Exhaust Detuner at Engine Test House, EOH, Engg, OAP. Detuner in cylindrical shape with major dia. 22ft, minor dia, 17 ft and length 41ft (approx surface area: 3500 sqft). ii. Job Includes, thoroughly cleaning and scrapping of existing paint and rust by polishing, scraping, removing of dust from inside and outside of the detuner. Final Painting of Detuner inside surface with 2 coats of Heat-Resistant Aluminum Paint (Black colour) to sustain 400℃ temperature and anti-corrosive properties all complete as directed by EIC. iii. Paint should be of reputed brand with high quality, long lasting to withstand temperature at 400℃. Painting should have uniform thickness all over the surface. iv. Job is to be done taking all necessary safety precautions and permits as the peripheral dia is 22ft.If any debris, paint marks on other surfaces formed during the execution of the job, it must be cleaned by contractor before leaving site. v. Precautions, permissions must be taken for any access tools for height and not to damage detuner surface. vi. Contractor must visit the site before submitting the Quote. vii. Contractor should have their own Tools, Ladder, Test Equipment’s all complete. viii. Certificate for Heat Resistant paint should be provided for 400℃ temperature and contractor should give warranty of one year for painted surface Total Quantity :
