    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Repair And Maintenance; As Per Sample; Yes; Service Provider Premises 12000 Hrly routine on Port Diesel Alternator (Make Cumimins Model 6 CTA 8.3 D(M) Capacity 120 KW are falling due post clocking of 453.35 hrs (spares: CG supply). 12000 hrly routines to be undertaken through PAC firm (M/s Sunny Power tech, Sri Vijaya Puram). Scope of work is as follows: Ser Start DG, operate for few minutes & record all parameters. Check all engine mounted safeties for functionality and calibrate gauges. Replace if required. Check fuel tubing. Replace ferules and rubber gaskets. Replace thermostat along with their seal. Check the condition of engine mounts, renew if required. Engine major overhauling (Engine to be removed from base rail). Dismantle Engine, de-scale cooling system. Clean and check all dimensions components. Check Crankshaft dimensions and regrind, if required. Check the condition of Connecting rod and main bearing in line with crankshaft size. Replace if required. Replace sleeves/liners on cylinder block if required. Dismantle cylinder head and recondition with all valves. Guides. Springs and related parts. Change fuel and lube oil filter. Clean fuel strainer. Replace air filter. Check vibration damper. Checks engine blow bye. Take corrective action, if required Replace all rubber hoses of fuel, coolant, lube oil and air system. Drain coolant, flush cooling system and refill new coolant Total Quantity :
