    Tender For Ultrasonic testing (UT) of Circumferential and Longitudinal Welding Joints of 02 Nos. 5.23 meter diameter Underground Penstock along with repairing of all the failure or damaged joints identified during ultrasonic testing process and internal painting of all the surfaces of Penstock thereafter as per scope of work at Salal Power Station. - Ultra Sonic Testing 2 Ultrasonic Testing (UT) of all Circumferential and Longitudinal Welding Joints in underground (embedded) portion of 5.23 meter diameter 2 Nos. Penstocks as per scope of work 3 Complete repair of the all identified failured in UT or any damaged Circumferential and Longitudinal Welding Joints in underground (embedded) portion of 5.23 meter diameter 2 Nos. Penstocks as per scope of work 4 Cleaning of internal surface of 2 Nos. Penstock for re-painting by removing rust, old paint, grease by using wire brush, scrubber etc. as per scope of work 5 Providing and applying of one coat Zinc Rich Primer of 50 micron DFT on the internal surface of2 Nos. Penstock as per scope of work . 6 Providing and applying of two coats epoxy coal tar epoxy paint of 150 micron DFT each on the internal surface of 2 Nos. Penstock as per scope of work
