Construction of elevated OP/ACP shelter ( 01 No. ACP shelter in AOR BOP of Srimantapur near BP No. 2084/1-S , 01 No.G+1 in AOR BOP Dipak near BP NO. 2086/M , 01 No. G+2 in AOR BOP NC Nagar near BP NO. 2083/M of 133 BN (Now 81 BN) BSF under SHQ BSF Gokulnagar under FTR HQ TRIPURA (SH: - Providing Hand Pump for constructed OP/ACP Shelter). - Boring with 100 mm diameter casing pipe for hand pump / tubewell, in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting, including removing the casing pipe after the hand pump / tube well is lowered and tested : Up to 6 meter depth 2 Boring with 100 mm diameter casing pipe for hand pump / tubewell, in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting, including removing the casing pipe after the hand pump / tube well is lowered and tested :Beyond 6 m and upto 12 m depth 3 Boring with 100 mm diameter casing pipe for hand pump / tubewell, in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting, including removing the casing pipe after the hand pump / tube well is lowered and tested :Beyond 12 m and up to 18 m depth 4 Boring with 100 mm diameter casing pipe for hand pump / tubewell, in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting, including removing the casing pipe after the hand pump / tube well is lowered and tested :Beyond 18 m and up to 24 m depth 5 Boring with 100 mm diameter casing pipe for hand pump / tubewell, in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting, including removing the casing pipe after the hand pump / tube well is lowered and tested :Beyond 24 m and up to 30 m depth 6 Providing and placing in position filters of 40 mm diameter G.I. pipe with brass strainer of approved quality. 7 Providing and fixing to filter and lowering to proper levels 40 mm G.I. pipe for tube well including cleaning and priming the tube well. 8 Providing and placing in position hand pump of approved quality for 40 mm diameter G.I. pipe complete with all accessories. 9 Providing and fixing G.I. Union in G.I. pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work) : 40 mm nominal bore 10 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes. 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 12 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 13 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding 14 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece 15 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 16 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) 17 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work. 18 Correction Factor @ 0.973 19 Add Cost Index@ 61.00 % on SR&DR (S.No. 01 to 17)
