12 mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting patches in proper shape, racking out joints, preparing and plastering the surface of walls, scaffolding, curing, disposal of rubbish near plant main gate by mechanical means etc.,all completeat all levelsas per drawings, specifications and asdirected by Engineer. 2 Chipping unsound/weak concrete material from all RCC members such as chajjas, slabs, lintels, beams, columns etc., with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement steel with wire brushes, disposal of debris near plant main gate by mechanical means and scaffolding etc., all completeat all levelsas per specifications and asdirected by Engineer.2.1) 25 mm average thickness 3 50 mm average thickness 4 Providing, mixing and applying Nitozinc primer (epoxy based-Fosroc brand) over exposed surface area of reinforcing bars in all RCC members including cleaning rust from the reinforcing steel bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by manual / mechanical means, scaffolding etc., all completeat all levelsas per manufacturers specifications and asdirected byEngineer.3.1) Bars upto 12 mm diameter 5 Bars above 12mm diameter 6 Providing, mixing and applying epoxy resin concrete bonding coat using Nitobond EP (Fosroc brand)on chipped surface area of all vertical/horizontal RCC members includingsurface preparation, scaffolding etc., all completeat all levelsas per manufacturers specifications and asdirected by Engineer. 7 Providing, mixing and applying shrinkage controlled, polimer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar using Renderoc SP40 (Fosroc brand) on spalled/de-laminated portion of all vertical/horizontal RCC members including surface preparation, curing, scaffolding etc., all completeat all levelsas permanufacturers specifications and asdirected byEngineer.5.1) 25 mm average thickness in two layers. 8 50 mm average thickness in three layers. 9 Providing and fixing 30 mm thick first quality well seasoned vengai wood for window shutters, ventilators, with Float glass sheet of nominal thickness 4mm (weight not less than 10Kg/Sqm) for window,ventilators panes whereever neccessary, includingputty finish, all required aluminum fixtures, stainlesssteel hinges with necessary screws, removal of existing damaged shutters, scaffoldingetc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. 10 Providing and fixing in position Two way PVC Nahani trap of size 110 x 75 mm of Finolex make with CP brass gratings of approved make in kitchen/bath rooms of occupied residential quarters including necessary chipping on walls/floors, Leak testing, removal of existing damaged CI/PVC Nahani trap and disposal of removed traps/pipes at colony store, making good the walls and floors etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. 11 Providing and applying in situ water proofing treatment over clay terrace tiles of size 230 mm x 230 mm in the roof of residential buildings and cement plastered area over chajjas with Acrylic polymer based coatings consisting of surface cleaning by pressurized water wash using power gun including removal of dirt, algae, fungi, loose pointing mortar etc.., and preparing the surface of terrace tiles fit for acrylic polymer coating, providing and applying one coat of acrylic polymer mixed with grey cement (proportion not leaner than, 1 acrylic polymer : 1 grey cement : 1 water ) to required consistency over entire surface area of terrace tiles, pointing terrace tiles and providing haunge along roof/wall joints and sealing cracks in wall/roof by doing V-groove cut wherever required using Acrylic polymer based cement mortar(proportion not leaner than, 1 acrylic polymer : 2 grey cement : 1 water ) to required consistency, providing and laying 110 G.S.M fiber cloth over haunge along roof/wall joints and merging with acrylic polymer mixed with grey cement (proportion not leaner than, 1 acrylic polymer : 1 grey cement : 1 water ) to required consistency,providing and applying one coat of acrylic polymer mixed with white cement (proportion not leaner than, 1 acrylic polymer : 1 white cement : 1 water ) to required consistency over entire surface area of terrace tiles including haunges, providing and applying two coats of Insultec ( Insultec with re-radiating UVR/IRR content ) water proofing membrane mixed with water(proportion not leaner than, 4 Insultec : 1 water ) to required consistency over entire surface area of terrace tiles including haunges includingcost of all materials, labour charges, adopting all safety measures, scaffolding etc..,all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer.Note: The contractor shall furnish guarantee as per appendix D for maintaining the roof leak proof for a minimum period of 05 (five) years. If any defects occur during guarantee period, the contractor shall rectify the same within three days of intimation at their own cost to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge failing which course of action asper the decision of HWPT shall be final and binding on contractor . 12 Providing and applying two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade to give an even glossy / mat finishing on wooden door/window/ventilator/grills etc., including surface preparation, filling holes and cracks with putty, applying pink or grey primer on wood work, scaffolding etc.., all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. 13 Providing and applying two or more coats ofacrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved brand/ shade over a coat ofexterior wall primer of approved brand/ shade on emulsion finished external wall surface in even shade including removing layers of colour wash by scraping and sand paperingmanually/mechanical means, doing necessary repair to scratches, filling cracks using birla wall care putty, water washing the entire surface, preparing the entire surface smooth and fit for primering, scaffolding, cleaning etc..,all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. 14 Providing and applying one or more coats ofacrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved brand/ shade over a coat ofexterior wall primer of approved brand/ shade on emulsion finished external wall surface in even shade including removing layers of colour wash by scraping and sand paperingmanually/mechanical means, doing necessary repair to scratches, filling cracks using birla wall care putty, water washing the entire surface, preparing the entire surface smooth and fit for primering, scaffolding, cleaning etc..,all complete at all levels as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.
