Repair To Essential Wooden And Steel Furniture For Md Jcos /Or Accn And Various Unit Under Ge ( C) Delhi Cantt-10- 1 ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL (FD-1032) 2 Removing old unserviceable Leg of Almirah Medium steel and S&F new Leg made of 1 mm MS sheet duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer of existing size, shape complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Removing old unserviceable shelf of Almirah Medium steel and S&F new shelf made of 1 mm MS sheet duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer of existing size, shape complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Removing old unserviceable CP Handle of Almirah Medium steel and S&F new CP Handle (Superior Quality) of existing size, shape complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Removing old unserviceable Locksof Almirah Medium steel and S&F new Lock brass 65/75mm as required including necessary repair to locking mechanism of existing size, shape complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 M&L for preparation of old painted surface by scraping, denting, derusting etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting to Almirah medium steel complete internal and external including top and bottom as directed by Engr-in-charge. 7 LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL(FD-222/257/1029) 8 Removing old unserviceableMSlegs of Locker bed side steel and S&F new legs made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer of existing size, shape complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 M&L for preparation of old painted surface by scraping, denting, derusting etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting to Locker Bedside Steel complete internal and external including top and bottom as directed by Engr-in-charge. 10 REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) 11 Removing of old existing unserviceable newar from charpoy,tightening of all loose components of charpoy and re-weaving of charpoy with new 50-55 mm wide 1st qualitywhite/coloured newar (sample as approved by GE) weaved not less than 1.5 Kg per charpoy,closely inter-knitted from both sides and all joints must be stitched with nylon thread complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Jindal/Tata/BST. 13 M&L dismantling of existing short rail and cutting of old long rail obtain from srl No 3.02 to be required size for short rail including re-threading at both end complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 14 M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken leg and cutting of old short rail obtain from srl No 3.03to be required size of leg including re-threading at one end and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 15 M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitable for GI pipe medium grade 32mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.. 16 S&F in replacement check nut 6mm thick suitable for 32mm bore to GI pipe charpoy of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge... 17 REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYTOP (FD-220) 18 M & L 12mm thick plywood commercial type BWR grade size 1950mmx900mmx12mm thick (in one piece only) as top of GI charpoy withmild steel screw bolt (machine made) of size 75mm long, 6mm thick with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other with washer and hexagonal square, including removal of old unserviceable Plytop, complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make of plywood Greenply/Duroply/Archidply/National/Kitply confirming to IS 303:1989. 19 CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-259) 20 Removing old unserviceable cane from Chair Verandah and M&L for re-canning seat & back of chair verandah with 1st class plastice cane 4.0 to 5.0 mm wide white colour and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white to complete chair before re-canning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 21 Removing of old unserviceable existing shoes and S&F new approved appropriate hard rubber shoes at the bottom of legs complete all as shown on drawing and as directed. 22 CHAIR EASY(FD-229 & FD-17(M) 23 Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and recaning of chair easy with new plastic cane, white 2.00 mm wide ( for seat and back) half round of 0.4 mm thick and border caning 3.5,3.00 mm wide plastic cane of brand Shah/Aryan/BR Super including M&L for french polishing and Normal repair of existing Chair Easy like grinding of outer surface, hamering of nail, fill of micro crack with favicol and wooden putty etc. complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 24 CHAIR DINNING (FD-279) 25 All as per srl item No 06.01 here in beforebut to chair dining 26 CHAIR WRITING (FD-280/250) 27 All as per srl item No 6.01 here in beforebut to chair writing 28 SOFA SET FD-281/254/MAP (Set of five) 29 S&F of sofa cushion with Tapestry cloth of best quality complete all as directed , cushion of size 21x22x4 of 32 desnsity for Sofa set 03 pieces to seat five.Note : Colour and sample of Tapestry cloth will be approved by Engr-in-Charge.
