    Tender For Annual Plan-Parassala Gp-2025-26-Paroor Road Reconcrete In Muryankara Ward-Proj No-280/26-General Civil Work - Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1)(A) By Mix in Place MethodConstruction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(i) For Grading I Material 3 75.8.1.1.A:Providing Plain cement concrete for wearing coat CC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine aggregate:4 course aggregate) laid to required slope as required including compaction, finishingand tamping etc .complete. Max. size of course aggregate not exceeding 25mm , mixedin concrete mixer etc complete as per specification (i) Nominal mix (1:2:4) 4 3.5.2:Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 mExcavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. 5 OD108640/2025-2026:Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Ordinary cement without any pigment (Data from DAR 11.20.4) 6 OD108772/2025-2026:Providing and fixing granite of any color and shade for name board of required size laid over base of cement mortar 1:4 including all charges etc complete at all levels , including lettering& amp; amp ; fixing
