    Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - DEFECT RECTIFICATION OF HP AIR COMPRESSOR MOTOR AS PER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION; DEFECT RECTIFICATION OF HP AIR COMPRESSOR MOTOR AS PER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION; No; Buyer Premises HP Air Compressor Motor (415 V, 3Ph, 20 HP) of forward engine room is showing low insulation and making abnormal noise due to defective bearing and blades. The HP air compressor motor is required to be re-winded. In-way job includes following: - 1 Removal of HP air compressor motor. 2 Re-winding of compressor motor (Copper winding gauge: 18 SWG). 3 Rotor to be inspected, if defective rotor to be repaired. 4 Repairing/renewal of defective blades (Qty -01 no, Dia-20 CM, Mat: polypropylene) and bearing (Qty- 02 nos). 5 Control panel to be inspected and if any defect persists, repair/renewal to be carried out. 6 Repairing/renewal of over load relay (OLR). 7 Re-fitment of motor. 8 Renewal of all defective bolts. All spares/materials required for defect rectification under scope of firm. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. All inway jobs including spares/material is required for defect rectification is to be supplied by firm. Certificate by firm regarding inspection/ understanding of defect duly signed by ship staff to be submitted by firm Total Quantity :
