(Note : Replacement of builders hardware if required will be provided by the department .)Note item No 1 and 2: (a)Rep of contractor will collect details of complint from departmant.The contractor will be alloted complaint on daily basis and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting.Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties as mentioned in relavant clause of Contract.(b)A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him. |
