Removal of trash and floating materials from regulator gates, opening and clearing of pipe outlets and emergent maintenance of canals including clearing jungle, water hyacinth at different locations of W/C-1227 of RBMCduring Kharif Irrigation-2025 under Uchalan-II (I) Section of Seharabazar Irrigation Sub-Division within D.C.Division.- Supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm. diameter and upto 7.5 cm. diameter. (Dia. to be measured at mid length). 2 Driving bamboo pins in standing or flowing water including scaffolding and driving appliances. Where boats are not necessary. 3 Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bamboo wailing pieces (av.dia.of bamboo not less than 5.0 cm.) 4 Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg). 5 Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as donein case of cement bags ,( tying with aknot after filling willnot beaccepted ) , andstacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag. 6 Extra rate for item no above for each additional lead of 60 metre or part thereof beyond the initial lead of 30 metre. 7 Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts. 8 Earthwork in excavation in the canals / drainage channels / borrow pits / River bed / slope of bank as noted below as per designed section & throwing the spoils in layers of 25 cm. for making banks as per profile or to deposit the same in any other place within an initial lead of 30 metre and initial lift of 1.5 metre including breaking clods, rough dressing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Ordinary soil / local soil / soil mixed with moorum or kankar / silt, dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil. 9 Extra rate over Item Nos.1.01, 1.02 & 1.03 for all kinds of soil for every additional lift of 1.50 metre or part thereof beyond the initial lift of 1.50 metre. 10 Clearing and removal of water hyacinth including weeds, thick and thorny floating jungles and burning them to ashes when dry or removing them outside Government land including all leads and lifts to stack in a nearby available space complete. 11 Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 Supply of gaurds, support services but excluding pure services (excluding works contract services or other composite supplies involving supply of any goods,Provided to the Central/State Government Local Authority/Government Authority/Organizations by way of any activity in relation to any function entruction entrusted to a Panchayat under 243G or to a Municipality under 243W of the constitution. 13 Construction temporary khalashi shed ( floor area 2.45M x 2.45M ) with 7.50 cm dia strong bamboo post (6 Nos. 2.70 M long and 3 nos 3.30 M long ) each post being fixed in 60 cm depth holes in the soil. Full bamboo post plates ( 5 nos. 2.70 M long ) slope thatched roof (2 x 2.75 M x 1.50 M ) area of Aman rice straw 10 cm pressed thick including ridges and hips and bamboo splits on frame of half split bamboo ( 2x 13 Nos x 1.50 M ) and 1/4th split bamboo ( 2x5 Nos. x 2.75 M) single darma mat wall 4 x 2.45 x 2.10 + 2 x 1/2 x 0.60 M with one coat coal tarring with 5% pitch with fitted and fixed of half split bamboo strong with split bamboo placed bothways (15 cm or part ) on both sides and fixed to 1/2 split bamboo fitting & fixing with belts & iron nails etc & made of 1/2 split bamboo ( 6 Nos . 1.25 M & 13 Nos . 2.15 M ) all bamboo fitting in the whole structure be fitted & fixed with nails, coir strings etc. including carriage of all materials to site as per drawing and direction of the Engineer In Charge.
