Operation, Cleaning Including Daily / Periodic Maintenance Etc. Of The Sewage Water Pumping Equipment And Articles Etc. At Sewage Pumping Station Under Bansberia Municipality, L.S. At Dunlop Ferry Ghat For The Period Of 15 Months.- 1 Round the clock operation & minor maintenance ofdifferent electro mechanical equipments with adequate nos of personal for each month as per direction of the EIC.a) 6 Nos personel for 01 Month i.e. 6 X 1 = 6 Man- month. 2 For the period of First year. 3 For the period of Second year. 4 Round the clock operation and minor maintenance for the additional 4holidays ofdifferent electro mechanical equipments at the Pumping station with these existing personnel as per Direction of the EIC. 5 For the period of First year 6 For the period of Second year. 7 Checking of all the mechanical parts and preventive maintenance of all pump machinery as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of EIC. (Twice a week). 8 For the period of First year 9 For the period of Second year. 10 Checking of all the Electrical parts and preventive maintenance of all electrical machinery as per technical specification and scope of work and direction of EIC. (Twice a week). 11 For the period of First year 12 For the period of Second year. 13 Supervision of all the staffs & look after the entire pumping station to ascertain the overall condition of all the electro-mechanical equipments and conveying the same to the EIC or his authorized representative and to carry out the instruction given by them within the stipulated time frame. (Twice a week) 14 For the period of First year 15 For the period of Second year. 16 Cleaning of Pump House & the equipment including supply of consumables like soap, phenyl, duster, mop etc. 17 For the period of First year 18 For the period of Second year. 19 Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same andrefixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the road side in conformity with mnicipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in-Charge. cum 289.00 (Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadside) 20 Supply of the following consumable materials for minor maintenance of all the electro-mechanical equipments. 21 Supply of Grease 22 Indicating Lamp for Panel only 23 HRC Fuse link (2-16) Amp 24 HRC Fuse 32 Amp HF type 25 Fuse Holder20 Amp 26 Fuse Holder 63 Amp (both side cable) 27 Single core Cu. conductor 2.5 mm. 28 Supply of MCB 29 Add GST @ 18% 30 Add CESS @ 1%
