Tender For Repair And Maintenance Infrastructure Assets In Ndmc Area During 2025-26. Sh. Repair Of Leakage / Contamination Of Filtered Water In Main Line Under Sub Division-Iv(W/S) - 1 Excavating pit for fixing sluice valve/ or non-return valve and or C.I specials in the existing CI/ DI pipe line including cutting of C.I / DI pipe line taking out the cut pipe pieces pumping or bailing out water caused by cutting of line and refilling the pit etc. complete a) For C.I/ DI pipe line 80 mm dia upto 150 mm dia. 2 For C.I/ DI pipe line 150 mm dia upto 300 mm dia. 3 Excavating trenches by mechinical / manual means of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, for all depth, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil, Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia. 4 Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (spun)/ ductile iron pipes. Confirming to IS: 8329. a) 100 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes 5 b) 150 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes 6 c) 200 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes 7 d) 250 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes 8 e) 300 mm dia ductile iron class K-9 pipes 9 Providing and laying S&S C.I standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers and caps etc. (heavy class). A) upto 300mm dia . 10 Providing lead caulked joints to spun iron or C.I pipes and specials including testing of joints but excluding the cost of pig lead. A) 100mm diameter pipe. 11 B) 150mm diameter pipe 12 200mm diameter pipe 13 250mm diameter pipe 14 300mm diameter pipe 15 Supplying pig lead at site of work. 16 Providing and fixing polyethylene- Aluminum- polyethylene (PE-AL- PE) composite pressure pipe confirming to IS : 15450- 2004 u.v stabilized with carbon black having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply capable to with stand temperature upto 80 0c including all specials fittings of composite material (Engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g elbow, tees, reducers, couplers and connector etc. with trenching refilling and testing of joints complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. External Work 1620 (20mm O.D pipe). 17 Providing and fixing brass ferrule with CI mouth cover including boring and tapping the main.15mm nominal bore. 18 Providing & laying flanged CI standard specials such as Tees, bends, collars, taper & caps etc suitable for flanged jointing as per IS:1538: upto 300mm dia 19 Constructing brick masonry chamber 90x90x100xcm (inside) size with brick work with common clay burnt FPS of class designation 7-5 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) for sluice valve/reflux valve 15cm thick RCC top slab with 500 mm dia opening 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) reinforced with 16.30 kg cold twisted foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1cement : 5coarse sand : 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) & inside plastering 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3coarse sand) finished with a floating coat neat cement as per standard design. 20 Providing and fixing in position precast R.C.C. Manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality: MD-10: Circular shape 500 mm internal diameter. 21 Providing and fixing C.I. double acting air valve of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete (The tail pieces, tapers etc if required will be paid separately) :100 mm dia
