No. Item Description 1 Providing services of Data Entry/Computer Operator at the Division Office during 9.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M., Graduate with good computer knowledge with 15 years relevant experience and having knowledge of e-tendering i.e. Preparing of NIT’s, uploading & downloading of Tender from e-procurement system (www.govtprocurement.delhi.gov.in), Monthly Account (Nirman Info Jyoti), RTGS, ESTA 2014 (Preparation Justification, Schedule of quantity, Estimates), Deviation Item Statement, Extra Item Statement and Substitute Item Statement, Revised Estimate, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly reports of different nature of works, and having knowledge of PIMS for joining, relieving & posting order etc. i/c Online monitoring of Public Grievances Cell (i.e. LG, PGMS, CPGRAMS, WIMS, VIP) & Handling the complaints and forwarding to concerned Department/Agency/ DISCOM for rectification of defects in daily routine & updation of concerned work details in WIMS & preparation of Monthly & Quarterly reports based thereon and other Internet related works & taking directions and making presentation to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. = 1 No. 2 Providing services of Data Entry/Computer Operator at the Division/Sub-Division Office during 9.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M., (under clerical and non-technical staff), Graduate with having good computer knowledge with 7 years relevant experience and having knowledge of Monthly Account (Nirman Info Jyoti), RTGS (RTGS SBI Package), ESTA 2014 = 2 Nos. 3 Providing services of Data Entry/Computer Operator at the Division/Sub-Division Office during 9.30 A.M. to 5.30 P.M., (under clerical and non-technical staff),Graduate with having good computer knowledge with 5 years relevant experience and having knowledge of e-tendering i.e. preparing of NIT’s, uploading & downloading of Tender, (Preparation Justification, Schedule of quantity, Estimates), and having working experience in Correspondence Branch (i.e. work charged staff related works i.e. helping in sanctioning of GPF, Leave, Medical Bills, Overtime and other related typing work and all the other works related to Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly reports of different nature of works, and other Internet related works = 3 Nos. 4 Providing services of Diary Dispatcher / LDC /Office Clerk cum data entry operator (under clerical and non¬-technical staff) with 10+2 or graduate with 3 years experience in different PWD offices as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. = 2 Nos. 5 Providing services of Messenger-cum-MTS (under Semi-skilled category) having education qualification non-matriculates in different PWD offices as per directions of Engineer-in-charge = 1 No. 6 Providing services of MTS (Non Matriculate) in different PWD offices as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. = 3 Nos. 7 Payment for extra period of duty beyond normal duty of eight hours for following staffs Minimum wages per hour should be paid as per NIT conditions. i) Computer Operator -15 Years experience or above 8 Computer Operator -7 Years experience or above 9 MTS/Messenger-cum-MTS
