    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, and Installation of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - 0; L 18 Ships ATU observed unable to start E 13 Minor Lib Oil leakage observed from both DA sensor line E 14 Water ingress observed from both natural ventilation flaps.. Ships air treatment unit observed unable to start. Further, upon inspection by SS, found that ATU motor (05KW, 415V, 50Hz) winding was short, leading to motor failure. Additionally, abnormal noise observed from the ATU fan unit. This has rendered the ATU non-functional. ATU motor needs to be re-wound and proved for the satisfactory operation. All In way job includes:- (2.1) Renewal of front and rear end thrust bearing as per sample. (2.2) Removing and re-fitment of ATU motor. (2.3) Alignment of ATU motor with Fan unit. Minor Lub Oil leakage observed from the both DA sensor line due to wear and tear of adapter and copper line. Lub Oil sensor line and adapters needs to be fabricated as per sample. All in way job includes removal and re-fitment of line alongwith adapters. (Mat- Copper, Length-02 Mtrs, Dia-6mm and adapter Qty-08Nos) Water Ingress observed from both side natural ventilation flaps during rough weather condition. Resulting both DA and Engines affecting from the ingress water during the operations. Fabrication of 02 Nos water collection tray needs to be carried out as per sample. (Mat-Al, Area-1.5 M², Thickness-04mm) Total Quantity :
