Civil Maintenance Circle - CMD - II - Rectification works to the damaged Ash Slurry Trench Inner Walls below GL leading from Compressor Room in Unit - IV ESP area upto ASPH from CH 150m to CH 200m- 1 Providing hanging scaffolding for the Ash slurry trench using 13 to 15 cm dia casuarina props for verticals, horizontals in longitudinal and transverse directions just above water level & supporting horizontal anchors at top at G.L. over the openings and providing platform with c.w planks of 40mm thick for the entire area in complete form using coir and nails etc complete. The hanging platform and scaffolding to be provided shall be very safe with all safety measures. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc complete. 2 Chipping out the damaged RCC for an average depth of 50mm and cleaning the surface thoroughly free of all dusts and clearing the debris away from site. 3 Gunitting the prepared concrete surface at an average thickness of 50mm in two layer of 25mm each using op/pp cement mortar (1:3) by volume as per ISI 9082/1978 using guniting equipment the mixture being ejected and shot in to the surface by means of compressed air including treating the existing concrete surface before guniting with watering and applying cement slurry including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, staging, transport etc complete. 4 Supplying Cutting, bending & tying in position secondary reinforcement wherever using GI weld mesh of size 75 X 50mm 10gaugeto the existing concrete surface prepared as per specification including transporting, fabricating bending & tying in position as per the engineer at site including cost of all materials labours, lead, lift, etc, complete 5 Applying DEKGUARD/ equivalent primer by spraying to the newly gunitted concrete surfaces as per manufactures specifications rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lifts etc., complete. 6 Applying two coats of DEKGUARD S/ equivalent top coat to the exposed concrete surfaces by brush/roller coating continuously rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc, complete. 7 Dismantling the existing damaged RCC for the required width & depth as per the instruction of Engineer in charge and making all precautionary measures to prevent falling of debris inside the trench and disposing the debris 1 Km away from the site including cost of all materials, safety precautions, labours, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete. 8 Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. 9 Providing shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. 10 Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift, tools etc., complete. 11 Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP cement with 12 to 20mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, tools, curing etc. complete excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement. 12 Labour charges for cutting, welding, fabrication & laying in position of the MS boiler tubes/ MS Platesincluding cost of labour charges, cutting, fabrication charges, lead, lift, etc., complete 13 Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for hand rails including cost of all materials, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete. 14 Supplying and providing Nito floor hard top over the existing PCC concrete surface of 5Kg/sqm and rubbed smooth with power float over the base concrete including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc complete.
