NNCTPS-II – M-II Circle - TM Division - Unit I & II - ACW System - Overhauling of existing 5HP and dewatering pumps, fabrication and erection of 10 HP dewatering pumps and pipe line in condenser sump pit and ACW trench- 1 Charges for dismantling the 5 HP dewatering pumps, checking clearance, marking and removing the worn out/rectification of pump internals. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps. 2 Charges for reassembling the pump internals, checking clearance, alignment and fixing of bearings. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps. 3 Charges for alignment of pump with motor, commissioning of the pump. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps. 4 Charges for fabrication of MS base frame, this work involves cutting & welding of structural’s materials, machining the base plate, marking drilling & tapping the required size in pump and moter bed, cleaning and painting the base frame and structures.(required MS materials will be supplied by TNPGCL) 5 Charges for lowering and fixing and commissioning of 1 No 10 HP submersibles dewatering pump in the sump pit including cost of consumables and T&Ps . 6 Charges for Transporting and erection and commissioning of 30KW dewatering pump, charges towards transporting the 30 KW dewatering pump set from storage yard to condenser sump pit leading to working erectionarea along with suction and delivery pipe lines, pipe supports ect., erection of the Pump suction pipe lines and bends according to the requirements of condenser sump pit as per site condition, matching the pipe ends and erection of the suction pipe lines along with foot valve with necessary fasteners and foot valve leather, gaskets and erection of the delivery pipe line with necessary supports, checking the alignments trail the running of the pump sets, attending to the cost of simple spares, fasteners and consumables such as cutting gas, welding electrodes etc., and hire charges for T&P etc., 7 Charges for erection of MS ERW 200NB pipe from sump pit dewatering pump to ground level trench level, this work involves lifting, positioning, aligning, welding and painting of 1 coat zinc primer and 2 coat of enamel paint, leak testing and commission of service 8 Charges for fabrication of 1 No MS bend out of 200NB ERW MS pipe by cutting and welding including cost of consumable and T&Ps 9 Charges for MS welding in Flanges and pipeline by positioning and welding (1 running joint = 80 mm approximately). 10 Fabrication & Erection of NB 100 mm SS Pipelines in pump discharge to ground level trench as per site inchrge direction (from elevation 0 meter to -4 meter) including marking, cutting, leading & lifting, tag welding and providing supports for the newly positioned pipeline. 11 Charges for SS welding in pump discharge and suction pipe line 100 & 150 NB SS pipe line for 5HP dewatering pump. This work involves edge preparations, Grinding, positioning and welding of pipe lines & bends. Including cost of consumables and T&Ps.(1 joint =80mm approx) 12 Charges for fabrication and erection of dewatering pump working platforms in condenser sump pit below ground level of -3 meter elevation, This work involves marking, cutting and welding of Iron & Steel materials to required sizes and shapes,including cost of consumables and T & Ps (Required Iron & Steel materials supplied by TNPGCL) 13 Charges for rewinding 1 HP of portable pump motor for dewatering 14 Charges for rewinding /3.7KW5 HP of dewatering pump motor 15 Charges for transporting the pipelines, pumps and accessories from central stores to site and devolute the dismantled all the scraps to central stores.
