(b) CGM - (1 No.) Beam from 220KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar. (c) ALP - (3 No.) from 220KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar.(d) ABL - (2 No.) from 220KV S/S Shatabdi Nagar. 4 (a) 33KV Tripple feeder Panel from 132KV S/S Salawa (Kapsad) /132KV S/S Kankarkhera. (01 Nos.). (b) 36KV Isolator 1250A W/O Earth Switch from 132 KV S/S Kankarkhera-II. (02 Nos.) (c) 36KV CT 400-200/1A from 132KV S/S Hastinapur. (03 Nos.) (d) MS Flat 50x6 mm from 220KV S/S Charla. (200 Mtr.). (01 Nos.) 5 Erection of new 33 KV Transfer bus bar One nos span of approx. 12-meter section by laying and stringing of ACSR single Panther conductor including hoisting of disc insulator strings & tension fitting etc. to be provided by department after due cutting/fixing of conductors of required size etc. including shifting of all materials from store to switchyard (01 job. Per phase per section) with all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 6 Erection of 33 KV lattic type main & Auxiliary Structure as ALP-03 Nos (approx. weight- 363Kg), ABL-02Nos (approx. weight-682 Kg), CCM-02Nos (approx. weight-716 Kg), CGM-01Nos (approx. weight-314.76 Kg), and 33 KV Circuit Breaker related structure installing as per drawing with the help of G.I. nut & bolt, flat, spring washer, matching the hole. 7 Erection of 33 KV equipments including shifting of equipments and accessories from store to erection site, fixing of required clamps, all related cable termination with cable glands according schedule, welding and other related associated works with testing and commissioning. 8 33 KV VCB 9 36 KV Bus Isolator (1250 Amp) 10 36 KV Line Isolator 11 36 KV CTs (400/200/1A) 12 36 KV CT Junction box 13 33 KV Tripple feeder control and relay panel (Conventional Type) 14 Fixing of ABT meter set and other related associated works. 15 Jumpering of all equipments of 33 KV Bay with Twin ACSR Panther conductor in between 33 KV Main Bus to Bus Isolator, BI to CB, CB to CT, CT to LI, LI to TBI, TBI to 33KV Transfer Bus etc. with the help of suitable clamps and required cutting and bending of conductors and all other works to complete the job satisfactory. 16 Earthing of Structure, Equipments, metering cubicle & Panel: - 17 Fresh Earthing, Connected with Earthmat 50x6mm 18 Fresh Earthing, Connected with Earthmat 25x6mm 19 Spray Painting of following equipments with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of standard make bush green synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality after cleaning of rust, dust and oily surface including cost of all material labour and T&P as per technical specification: - 20 MS Flat 50×06 mm. 21 MS Flat 25×06 mm. 22 Laying of following size of control cables in the cable trenches/GI pipe for 33 KV CB, CT, PT, Isolator, tripple feeder panel and Metering cubical etc. in switchyard/ control room as per cable schedule including carriage of cable drums from stores to work site and shifting back to store with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specifications: - 23 Laying/terminate, control cable 2cx2.5sqmm 24 Laying/terminate, control cable 4cx2.5sqmm (in GI pipe if required) 25 Laying/terminate, control cable 6cx2.5sqmm 26 Termination of cable laid as per cable schedule including making necessary hole in laid plates or box wherever required, fixing cable glands of appropriate size and ferruling of each core and other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Rates of termination of control cables including the all cores of cable at one end with lugs. 27 Erection of 120Watt LED light fitting complete of standard make as Bajaj/Havells/Crompton make with MCB box and GI bend pipe using control cable of size 4cx2.5sqmm.
