Tender For Repair For Boundary Wall And Other Works In Hcm Ripa - 1 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.(B-14.55) 2 Demolishing cement concrete mix 1:3:6 or rich manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(B-14.2.1) 3 Demolishing stone rubble masonry inn Cement mortar manually/ by mechanicalmeans including stacking of serviceable material and disposalof unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge.(B-14.9.2) 4 Dismantling tile work 10mm to 20mm thick in floors and roofs laid in cement mortarincluding stacking of serviceable material and disposal ofunserviceable material within 50 meter lead.(B-14.23.1). 5 Dismantling precast concrete or stone slabs 40mm to 75mm thick in wall partitions etc. including stacking within 50 meter lead.(B-14.40.2). 6 Dismantling wooden boards 10mm to 25mm thick in lining of walls and partition excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meter lead.(B-14.39.2). 7 Mechanised cleaning of storage tanks above 1000 ltr comprises of following 6 stage as mentioned below :(i) Mechanical dewatering(ii) Desalting removal of leftover dirty water and sludge with sludge pump(iii) Cleaning of wall, ceiling and floor by high pressure water jet with help of equipments which creates a pressure of 100-150 bar(iv) Removal of remaing sludge from floor with the help of industrial vacum cleaner.(v) Spraying of non toxic, bio degradable ecofriendly and bacterial agent certified by a govt approved laborary to disinfect the tank from all harmfull pathogens. The dose should be safe as per the UECD guidelines & 23 adopted on 17 th december 2001.(vi) Treatment of inside tank by exposing UV radiation to kill further suspended or floating bacteria if any (B-13.32.3). 8 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete(B-11.3.1) 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete M10 grade Nominal Mix1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.(B-3.1.5) 10 Supplying and fixing stone liri 6 cm. to 9 Cm thick including finsing face joint with white cement moartar and matching pigment in CM 1:4 work facing with proper projection and chiesel dressing of edges of stone two line dressing of building corners, jambs etc. including uniform joints using aluminium square section of size 12 mm to 15 mm as per requirement of course and width of stone not less than 12 Cm., with requisite number headers (minimum length of stone 0.9 M) 6 cm. to 9 Cm. thick. (B-6.72(i) 11 Labour charges for Animar dressing (old M.G.H. pattern) over Soorsagar or equivalent white Ashlar over already two line dressed surface by using special tools i.e. toothed chisel etc.(B-6.67) 12 Random Rubble stone masonry Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand) with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in.(B-6.2.6). 13 Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick.(B-12.2.2) 14 Finishing with neat cement (punning).(B-12.7) 15 Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers. 16 Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green,light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc.laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 17 Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory,fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in thewhite cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar). 18 Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor. With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration(B-1.35.3) 19 Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes atdownward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same. Opening all joint and cracks and filling them with nano technology crack filling hydrophobic chemical with 2 coats. then after drying doing a PCC coat on cracks. One coat of nano technology hydrophobic/oiliophobic primer.
