Snacks, tea, 250ml water bottles, frooty sweets, 3 nos. 20 ltr water bottles etc. For dignitaries and all other present attendants for celebration of national events including transportation, all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. 18 Supplying of green net on hire basis for spreading over the ground for national day event before the function and removal of the same after function is over including labour all complete excluding GST. 19 Providing and fixing various coloured decorative curtains along the boundaries of the ground for national day event before the function and removal of the same after function is over excluding GST. 20 Supply of portable toilets cabins HDPE type on rental basis for national day events before the function and removal of the same after function is over. 21 Transportation charges of portable toilet cabin from warehouse to event site for national day event.
