Civil Works To Prevent Water Logging At 33 Kv Ss Merta City Nagaur - 1 B-1/1.6+G4.1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal ofexcavated earth,with 1km lead and lift, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: All kinds of soil 2 B-3.1.6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8(1 cement :4caorse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 3 (B)M20 grade nominal Mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) 4 B-6.2.7+6.3.4 Random Rubble stone masonary for superstructure above plinth level one storey height upto 30 Cm and .less thickness walls cement motar (1Cement:6sand) 5 B-12.3.2Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 20 mm thick 6 S-2.2.6 P & F G.I. Pipes (External Work) with G.I. fittings excluding union (IS : 1239 Mark) including trenching & refilling earth etc.50mm dia nominal bore B Class 7 E 21.7.5 SITC of Monoblock motor pump set ISI marked (IS:9079-2002) with TEFC motor, motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011. with Stainless steel Impellor, Stainless steel shaft, Mechanical seal, Single/Three phase ( 240 -440 V ) permanent split capacitor type (PSC), fitted with thermal overload protection, Including cost of hardware etc on existing platform complete. Pump shall have following HP Rating, phase, Head, minimum Discharge respectively complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR .3.0 HP, 3-Ø, (14 - 26)Mtr, (760-600) LPM 8 S-21.13.2.2 SITC of Contactor OEM Fabricated DOL/Star-Delta Starter panel with switchgear selection as per Type-2 Cordinatiom Chart and made out from 1.6 mm thick powder coated CRCA sheet, enclosure comprising of over load protection relay, short circuit & single phasing protection, Illuminated ON / OFF push buttons, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps etc. suitable for following rating motors complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR . For Three phase Submersible / Mono block pump. 3.0 HP to 5.0 HP ( DOL starter ) 9 S-3.27.1 Construction of septic Tank in all types of soil with 40 Cm .thick masonry in CM 1:6, 15 Cm thick C.C bed of 1:5:10, M-15 grade C.C floor & RCC slab covering with M15 grade c.c. floor, 50 mm thick stone slab partition walls, 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 finished with neat floating cement, 4 Nos stone foot rests of approved design ,two No. 450 mm dia each Ferro cement cover with frame, earth work etc. complete as per approved drawing including disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50 mtr:- Size 200x100x130 cm.(for 10 users) with 115 mm thick RCC (M-20) slab with Tor steel reinforcement 8mm ϕ @15 cm c/c bothways including shuttering complete in all respect.
