The machine shall have following specifications :- 2 Material Non-corrosive mild carbon steel of IS2062-Gde-B category cylindrical chamber as specified by BIS. 3 Pollution control device Multi Level Wet scrubber with activated charcoal baffle filter, emission testing port. 4 Chimney made up of stainless steel class 12, GR 304 effective height from ground level shall be minimum 13 Mtrs, thickness 4mm including all supporting structures stay wire suitable to withstand local wind pressure complete all as directed :- 5 Additional neck reinforcement for storm proof. 6 Necessary thermal insulation of (Cement, concrete, fire brick, Glass wool Aluminum sheet). 7 Body parts as following:(a) Upper Cone(b) Cylindrical chamber(c) Lower Cone(d) Loading door.(e) Inspection door(f) Ash door 8 Air rotating technology (ARI) -6mm vide non corrosive mild steel carbon steel of IS-2062 Gde B category tower with ERW seamless pipe size 50mm dia of wall thickness 6mm (Schedule-40). 9 Air chamber with ERW seamless pipe size 250mm dia of wall thick 6mm thick. 10 Air inlet pipe size 50mm. 11 Additional air tube (Steel tube 2x1 wall thickness 1.6mm secondary burning chamber pipe size 2 thickness 4mm. 12 Generalrequirements(i) Foundation/Plinth/Base: shall be provided as per manufactures recommendations, however minimum 0.5m space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5m(ii)Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue, spare aprt list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.(iii)The electrical works including electrical LT panel, internal wiring of the LT Panel, suitable size copper wires from panel to solid waste Fuel free solid Waste disposal system as recommended by OEM to operate the Solid waste Solid waste disposal system of cap 200 Kg/Hr to make system operational is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.(iv) All Electrical works shall be carried out as per relevant BIS/IS equivalent standard norms only and also in accordance with the latest edition of theIndian Lectricity Act/rules formed there under and as amended from time to time.(v)Any other works (mechanical, electrical & Civil) connected to installation, testing & functinal requirement of Solid waste disposal system of cap 200Kg/Hr all as mentioned above and which is not mentioned or included in this Schedule but required at site necessary shall be carried out by the contractor and quoted rate shall deemed to include for the same 13 M&L for boring / drilling bore of dia suitable for 200/250mm dia HDPE pipes by any suitable method (by DTH-cum-rotary or reverse rig method or hammering method) by reaming upto 300 mm dia to a depth of 60 mtrs in any type of soil including disposal of materials obtained (soils boulders etc ) from boring to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs with & including collection of logical samples ( drilling / cutting ) & to maintain drill time log book complete all as specifiedand directed 14 Development of borewell including flushing out tree routs, fine sand by air compressor of suitable capacity not less than 450 CFM at 150 PSI & over pumping (25% extra capacity pump) to make water free from turbidity till clear water is obtained from bore well complete all as specified and as directed (pumping for minimum 16 hours, the upper limit for duration of development shall be the time technically required to give results of development as per IS.. nothing extra shall be payable on account of increase in numbers of pumping hours actually
