REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT/ Maintenance TO SECURITY LIGHT FITTINGS, POLES, CABLES IN MES INSTALLATIONS AND ALLIED ITEMS AND CERTAIN DG SET IN THE AREA OF OLD NDA WING, ASI, AIPT AND OTHER MINOR UNIT UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE- 1 Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of LT UG cable/poles etc in soft/loose soiland getting out complete all as specified. 2 Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cmall as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point for any type of excavation. 4 Supply and layingDWC (Double Wall corrugated) HDPE pipe ISI marked of outer dia of following sizes polythylene including coupler and bend with smooth internal and profiled external surfae for non pressure under groundcable complete all as specified 5 50mm 6 40 mm 7 M&L for cable cover of size 80mm half round complete all as specified and directed.Note : two half round (one on top and one on bottom of cable ) shall be measured as one RM length 8 M & L for Cutting of road/hard standing and making good with PCC (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified. 9 Supply in replacement & Lay in trenches in road cross / floor/pole etc, tube galvanised iron, 40 mm bore Light grade for protection of cable all as directed. 10 M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggragate for pole foundations,filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate concrete mass filling, coping for poles etc including necessary form work all as directed. 12 Supply and fix in replacement cable insulatedgalvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor for cross sectional area of 6 Sqmm 2 core including connections with lugsall as directed. 13 Supply, lay / fixing in replacement, commissioning of Cable XLPE insulated Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade withaluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core and testing all as directed. 14 Supply and lay/ fixingin replacement Cable XLPE insulatedGalvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade withaluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as directed. 15 Supply and lay/ fixingin replacement Cable XLPE insulated Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as directed. 16 Supply and lay/ fixing in replacement Cable XLPE insulated Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as directed. 17 Taking out existing old corroded pole and Supply & erect in position steel tubular pole complete with MS base plate finial tapper plug cap bolt, nut, screws etc all as specified for swaged pole of type 410 SP 31 , 09 mtrs long including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paintall as directed. NOTE:Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid sperately. 18 Disconnecting and taking down defective street light fittings of any type/ brand from post top lantern pole or street light pole of 11 mtr height / from gate pillars and repairing and refixing after replacing all unserviceable parts including internal wiring all as directed. Note : (1) spares such as nults and bolts shall be included and driver if any shall be measured in item No 18&19(2) Necessary ladder or vehicle arrangement shall be provided by contractor and rate for the same deemed to be included. 19 Disconnecting and taking down defective street light fittings of any type/ brand from high mast light pole of any height using electrically operated crane / ladder and repairing and refixing after replacing all unserviceable parts including internal wiring all as directed. Notes for Items from 16 & 17 Cost ofMinor items such as screws, nut, bolts, wire for internal wiring will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.(b) Spare parts required for above item will be measured and paid separately under supply only items Nos 18 to 20 here in after. Labour charges deemed to be included in quoted rates.(c) The street light fitting cover shall be cleaned properly as directed by Engineer-in-charge during repair works and rate for the same is deemed to be included in quoted rates.(d) Necessary tools, ladder, meggar and other testing equipments etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payments will be entertain on this acoount.(e) The item will be measured once irrespective of no. of visits but spares will be measured seperately 20 Supply and fix in repairs electronic driver suitable for LED light fitting30 to 60 Watt system powerall as specified and directed. 21 Supply only electronic driver suitable for LED flood light fitting 120/150 Watt system powerall as specified and directed. 22 Supply only PVC insulated, PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 3 core 1.5 Sqmm with necessary electrical connections from switch gear to high mast top connector block complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply and fixing in repairs/replacement of Security/Street light control panel outdoor type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed conforming to relevant IS/IEC, CPRI type tested and suitable bus bar including angle iron frame made out of 40x40x 5 mm angle duly powder coated with 60 cm legs duly grouted with PCC complete all as specified and as directed comprising the following :- (a) MCCB TPN 63 Amps, 415 Volts, AC, 50 Hz, 10 KA rupturing capacityadjustable thermal magnetic type ICS=100%ICu as incoming -
