Tender For Repair/Replacement Of Fittings And Fixtures Of Internal Electrification System At Af Station Jaipur= 1 Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket, power) of any description & in any position with and includingall fitting, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings call bell, lamp holders etc and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.NOTE: Old fittings/fixtures/accessories like switch, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work and shall be paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’. 2 Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan point controlled by one way switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, FR single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in non metallic rigid PVC oval conduit/PVC casing caping (Medium grade) of suitable size not less then 20 mm dia including necessary accessories like bends, tees, elbow etc fixed on wall/ceiling all as directed with using 2nd class hard woodedn board/new sunken type pressed MS box/terminal boxes of suitable size with plastic laminated white coloured sheet top cover 3mm thick for mounting fittings wiring accessories with and including all accessories andusing 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FR single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. 3 NOTE : (i) The portion of point wiring at ceiling shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using PVC rawl plugs and provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thicklaminated sheet fixed with suitable GI screws and cup washers) (ii)Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A Make of Cable/wire:- : Havells/L&T/ Finolex/ Standard/ Nicco/Polycab/Plaza,Make of PVC Conduit:-Finolex/Kalinga,Make of Laminated Sheet:-Hylam/National 4 Description all as per item No 02 here-in-before but point wiring for One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet on independent board . 5 Description all as per item No 02 here-in-beforebut point wiring for power plug 15 Amps on independent board with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor PVC insulated & unsheathed cable. Make: Havells/L&T/ Finolex/ Standard/ Nicco/Polycab/Plaza 6 M&L for as in repair sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable FRLS of size 2.50 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn in and including PVC casing caping on surface or recessed as required medium grade with standard accessories, along-with one run of PVC insulated , unsheathed, stranded copper conductorof size 1.50 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. (NOTE :(i) Two run of single core PVC cable FRLS with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.(ii) Make of Cable/wire:- : Havells/L&T/ Finolex/ Standard/ Nicco/Polycab/Plaza& Make of PVC Conduit:-Finolex/Kalinga)). 7 All as per item No 5here-in-before but 4.00 Sqmm and 2.50 sqmm earth wire. 8 All as per item No 5 here-in-before but 6.00 Sqmm and 4.00 sqmm earth wire. 9 Dismantling & Taking out MCB DBs any size , any type and capacity and remove materials from site of works complete all as directed. 10 Supply and fixing of factory made sheet metal enclosure Double door for DB’s 8way 230 volts with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar for single phase and neutral supply complete fixed properly in any position and to connect their incoming/outgoing electric connections by means of suitable sizes of lugs/thimbles and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DB’s of cables/wires all as directed. Make;-L&T/Hager/Schneider/Legrand 12 Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light fittings of any wattage or size, street light fittings for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out accessories or carrying to MES store, building lights etc all as directed. 13 Supply and fixing recess mounting/slim panel luminarie 35/36 watt, 220V LED suitable for 600 mmX600mm fall ceiling sheet complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply and fixing LEDtube light fitting suitable for 20 watt, 220V including drivercomplete all as specified and directed. 15 Supply and fixing LEDtube light fitting suitable for 9/10 watt, 220V including drivercomplete all as specified and directed. 16 S&F LED COB lights, 5/6 Watt, 50Hz, 240V, IP 65, Multicolour, ISI mark complete all as specified and directed. 17 S&F 200W stage blinder, 4 Eyes X 50 W LED Par cob 4 Wire Light RGBW full colour all in one total seven color, Aluminium alloy housing, Auto control, AC 90-240V, 50/60Hz complete all as specified and directed. 18 Taking down condensor, down rod, canopy, fan blades, nut, bolt and washers, rubber seal, condensor cap, exhaust fan/ceiling fan clamp, exhaust fan/ceiling fan frame with existing surface & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (a) Adequate no of electricians and helpers shall be present at office of AGE (I) AF Jaipur at 9AM every day for taking instructions regarding repair works with and including T&P and transporation required in AF station Jaipur otherwise penalty/recovery of Rs 500/day will be imposed on contractor. (b) Additional/Alternative electrician shall also be deployed to attend work on sundays/holidays for faults/defects/complaints. 19 M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep with appropriate size super enamelled copper wire (Make : Atlas/Finolex/Devi Dayal)as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testingand transportation to site, hanging and connecting including provision of cable and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 20 M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan motor of 250/300 mm sweep with appropriate size super enameled copper wire (Make : Atlas/Finolex/Devi Dayal)as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testingand transportation to site, fixing and connecting including provision of cable and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 21 Hanging only ceiling fanand connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 22 Fixing only exhaust fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 23 M & L for painting of fans of any description (ceiling fan/exhaust fan/Air circulators/Wall mounted fans/Pedestal fan) with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) by spray machine including preparation of existing decorated surfaces of fans including engraving MES No. of fan in capital letters of height not less than 20 mm on fan body all as specified and directed. 24 Maintenance of Conventional Fire Alarm System with 2 Zone Agni panel comprising of following:- (i) 2-Zone fire Panel-01 (ii) Conventional Smoke Detector-06 Nos. (iii) Hooters-02 Nos. Note: Quoted rate of item deemed to be included Two servicing of entire system including rectification of faults, cleaning of smoke detectors, testing and generating a report about the health of entire system and submit to department complete all as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. 25 Maintenance of Conventional Fire Alarm System with 2 Zone Agni panel comprising of following:- (i) 2-Zone fire Panel-01 (ii) Conventional Smoke Detector-08 Nos. (iii) Hooters-02 Nos. (iv) Remote indicator-04 Nos.Note: Quoted rate of item deemed to be included Two servicing of entire system including rectification of faults, cleaning of smoke detectors, testing and generating a report about the health of entire system and submit to department complete all as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note: Quoted rate of item deemed to be included Two servicing of entire system including rectification of faults, cleaning of smoke detectors, testing and generating a report about the health of entire system and submit to department complete all as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. 27 Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning inreplacement of fire detector with operatingvoltage range of 24V DC + 2 Volts, protectiongrade IP-32, operating teperature 0 to 60 degree C, humidity range <95% RH, itself extinguishing polycarbonate housing/flame retardant thermoplastic, colour white LED forindications complete with base of detector etc all as required and directed. (Make: M/S Appollo/Edwards/System sensor) 28 Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of 2 x 12v 7Ah maintenance free battery complete all as directed. (Make: Exide/Amaron) 29 Supply and fixing in replacement of respone indicator with operatingvoltage range of 24V DC + 2 Volts, 2 nos. LED`s of red colour made out of 18 SWG MS/Aluminiumwith front cover plate of 3mm thick high impact plastic complete all as directed and required. 30 M&L for maintenance of Addressable fire alarm system (Make- Honeywell-Morley) including rectification of faults, PMC (Pre Maintenance Check) of all smoke detectors, modules and accessories along with database update complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rate of item deemed to be included Two PMC visit as and when required. (ii) Spare parts required will be measured and paid separately.
