Repair And Maintenance Works To The Ash Slurry Sump Stage 2 For Unit 3 - 1 Providing two legged scaffolding for works in 3m heights, using 13 to 15 cm dia casuarina props, the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal & transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick & 1m width, etc including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, safety measures, etc. complete. 2 Dismantling the spalled/ distressed RCC and loose particles from the existing concrete including roughening the surface after thorough cleaning, rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete. 3 Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of RTS rod for reinforcement including cutting bending tying and fixing in position including cost of all materials, labour, binding wire, lead, lift etc., complete. 4 Providing Micro concrete using Rendroc RG / equivalent to the distressed/ spalled concrete pedestals by applying one coat of Nitozinc / equivalent primer after thorough cleaning of rust in the reinforcement, fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports which do not deform or leak due to pressure of micro concrete, mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm, applying one coat of polymer modified acrylic emulsion (Nitobond AR /equivalent) on the finished surface as a curing membrane, applying DEKGUARD / equivalent primer by spraying to the concrete surface, and applying Two coat of DEKGUARD/ EQUIVALENT top coat to the concrete surface by brush or roller (coating should be done continuously without any break), rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&Ps etc., complete. 5 Chipping and cleaning the existing damaged plastered surface from walls rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete. 6 Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete. 7 Providing painting with two coats of approved quality of anticorrosive black paint over the inner and outer surfaces of walls including cost of all materials such as paint, through cleaning, brush, labour, lead, lift,etc., complete. 8 Guniting the prepared concrete surface at an average thickness of 50mm in to two layers of 25 mm each using OP/PP cement and sand 1:3 by volume as per ISI 9082/ 1978 using guniting equipment the mixture being ejected and shot into the surface by means of compressed air including treating the existing concrete surface before guniting with watering and applying cement slurry with supplying of materials, labours, lead, etc., complete. 9 Cleaning and removing the slush, silt and other debris etc., requiring the aid of baskets from inner compartment with an average lead of 30 m and lift of 4 m and clearing away from the site with a lead of 1 km rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
