(Arc Of 3 Years) - Repair and maintance existing lift in General Hospital in Alwar under Annual Rate contract for 3 years which includes.(a)Repair and Replacement of all electric and mechanical euipments and parts like car light ,car fan ,emergency light, push buttons, dry cells, batteries ,intercom ropes, V3F, unit, Alarm, sheaves, travelling cables, Car decolam, false ceiling, Landing Sills , Door frames , lift Well Enclose and other decorable item any physical damage, landing door,cardoor etc. And (b) Servicing of lift includes cleaning of complete euipments, lubricabig oil whenever & Wherever required checking of all safety devices speed governer door safety switches, limit switches ,motor, fan, tube light, hookes, battery etc. in complete all respect.
