    Installation & Commissioning Of Hydraulic Component Of 2 Set Unboxing of all hydraulic packages. b) Basic cleaning of hydraulic equipment. c)Installation of complete hydraulic systems shall be according to IS 10481: 1983 or equivalent d) Installation of Pre-assembled Packages as per drawing: • Installation of Valve stands • Installation of Accumulator Skid • Installation of Pumping Unit skid • Installation of Tank Unit • Installation of cooler • Installation of Interconnecting piping fittings <(>&<)> flanges between power unit to valve stands, accumulator stand <(>&<)> oil coolers • Termination piping, Fittings, Ball valves <(>&<)> tubes from manifold to termination plate in cabin e) Drainage <(>&<)> cleaning of Hydraulic tank, Filters checking/Cleaning for removing metallic debris f) Hoses fittings, piping work including pipe bending inside the hydraulic cabin with cleaning, Pickling <(>&<)> Flushing g) Hydrotest of pip
